And the RTOJ Luke is so laughably bad that it's like they never actually saw a picture of Mark Hamil and just made the ugliest head possible.

I need this good looking Luke to make into Quasar for MU.

Are there any pics of this new ANH Luke? I can't remember seeing it in the NYCC reports.

I was able to find bastilla at tru. I noticed the pegs were bare with the vintage stuff do I asked the either if they had any cases in the back. He said they had one so he took it out for me and there was only one in the case. It still doesn't have the hole punched. Now I don't want to even open it. That was the only time I saw her at retail.

I want a Nom Anor figure. I'm not sure if he's out yet though. I haven't seen him on evilbay yet.

He's in his white Tatoonie gear...but it looked different than the one I saw on a peg yesterday!

OH! A heads up- I went to Marshalls on Monday (in Fort Luaderdale) and they had an unopened case of "Star Wars Classics" so I asked them to open it and they did (very cool).
Scored A Four Armed cape wearing Grievus and Zam somthing (the chanling from TPM) for four bucks a piece- on minty cards that I threw away (stil, I now some love the cards). It looked like a mixed case of different movie figs- a nice vader and Sandtrooper in there that I passed on (I dont collect SW except for making MU customs).

Anyway- check your secondary outlet type stores- they're cheap carrying SW this season!

I saw some new (to me) stuff at Toys R Us this morning- a cool ass Sith set from KOTOR- the main Sith guy has the best cloak ever- red inside, black outside.
His name, Starkiller, is pretty hokey though.

Also saw a clone trooper set, but they sucked ass- absolutely awful paint aps and really soft details.
No clue why one set was so great and the other so pitiful.

Who are the other guys in the KOTOR set?

thats the force unleashed set,starkiller is Vaders apprentice and the clone troopers are the republic commando set.

Ah- you are correct! When I think of Force Unleashed, I think of those larger figures.

Optimus, there is a female Sith Twilek with a two sided Sabre, some trooper types.

Glad that you found it JA. Sorry I couldn't be of assistance sooner- distribution for TRU sucks, and ours sucks worse. In any case, just you watch, there's going to be a fresh new case out on the floor when I get to work tomorrow morning. On second thought, I get a second chance at Jango and Slave Leia. Hooyah!


And I like both sets actually- the Republic Commandos are badass simply because, after playing SW: Republic Commando, I can't look at them and NOT think "these dudes are hardcore." Starkiller is easily the highlight of the Force Unleashed set, though I wish his outfit had more soft goods. He's a brick otherwise.
