Anyone got that comic two-pack with the two Mandalorian guys? Or even really good view of those figs? I was thinking of getting them but I want to know how unique each is- or if they're just re-colored Boba fetts or something?
The removable helmets are cool but it's the cool looking-- and unique- heads that I really desire for customs (I'm learning to cast resin stuff heads so I can make customs without sacrificing the donor fig's head).


It's amazing how much cooler the SW figs not based on actual actors are!

I don't have much to add. I don't own many Star Wars figures any more, though that will change once the articulation is finally at a level I can appreciate. It's getting there. And the sculpts are improving.

I loved the Force Unleashed games, and I started playing the Old Republic for the first time a few days ago. Very fun. Star Wars is so much better in the hands of intelligent writers.

Of the ones that I do own, HK-47 is by far my favorite.

Can someone with Darth Malgus VC give me the UPC # please? I don't want to pay ebay prices for one and my buddy works at the supermarket and can enter the UPC# and tell me which sister stores have them in stock, whether on the self on in the warehouse. If I locate more than one I'd be happy to snag as many as I can get my hands on, if any.

It'd be awesome to see a scene of Jawas outside their sandcrawler trying to sell old broken Transformers and Go-Bots...maybe with a banner for 50% off...


That HK-47 droid looks awesome! In the comics they're real sarcastic.
Funny though how much better these old droids were than the Battledroids- same with IG-88 type droids (which are crazy agile in the CW series!)....but then, their makers, the Trade Federation were pretty cheao and needed millions of them....they must have cut a lot od corners.

I know he has hips now, but in-package I think the Empire Strikes Back Vader looks better.

Sighted the Malgus wave @ a K-Mart (Australia) store near me,Malgus was nowhere to be seen.

I suspect staff member had grabbed it as I was told those figures had just been put out less than a couple of hours before me seeing them.

Do you have it? Because I have both and I can't say one is so much better than the other. The new one has more articulation while the old one has more detail.

Things here are pretty dead, Star Wars, Gi Joe, ect. Stock just won't move with the 10.99 price tags Wal-mart has up.

Oh ok, so HK-47 is one of those build a drone figures. That was a brilliant marketing strategy, but it fucking sucks for anyone who wants that figure post-retail.

on a side note, this fucked up auction comes up when you search "HK-47" on ebay. Check it out, I laughed my ass off.

Not sure, I would assume so.

You can see the number on photos of this figure. It has not shown up yet in my area. I will check once this weekend.
