Does that revision wave with yellow jacket etc. have any variants? Haven't seen that one yet, but have seen a truckload of Apocs hanging out in all my Targets! Who'd a thunk he'd be a peg warmer at some point..

MGTAJ 03-06-2012 03:24 PM

Well, eventually revision cases will lead to market saturation.

tk421 03-06-2012 03:30 PM

I have an extra Dark Hawkeye if anyone is interested in trading.

I've been doing a lot of jumping around here on the Toyark, so wanted to make one thread to appreciate this awesome little universe and hopefully share some MU related updates & info.

I showed my appreciation to them last week by buying these six..

..in fact, I appreciate them so much that I had only intended to buy Bullseye out of this group.

I appreciate the bruisers..

http://i855.photobucket.com/albums/a...0DC/MUbigs.jpg

And I also appreciate how Galactus serves up his very own Silver platter..

FLASHBACK!!!

(as in the non acid test type of flashback. dont get it twisted, hippies.)

There were about 4+ of the Psylocke wave, AA, Dark Hawkeye, Antman, Black Widow, Havoc, Constrictor, Kitty, Iceman, Ast Wolvie, more. As much as I'm trying not to buy another Thor,.. that new W17 version is really growing on me.

Yup, just a matter of time before Psylocke is a pegwarmer. Apocalypse and Cable are headed that way now, and everyone's got an extra Archangel hanging around, it seems.

Nope, no variants. I don't think old variants are likely in new rev packs. New variants, sure, but not the old ones. Anyone have evidence to the contrary?

Woop! I wanna see that head on a Johnny Storm too, lol. The headless cap creeps me out, I've gotta say.

I've actually found a decent score of Maskless caps while out here on business. I think they shipped in 50% of the Walmart Ult Hawkeye cases.

In other news, I tracked down the Family Dollar bricks tonight, behold:
http://s2.i1.picplzthumbs.com/upload...fa5ca_wmeg.jpg

I have tons more pictures if anyone is curious. If you hate the lack of articulation on the Avengers figs, these will make you instantly start weeping and gnashing your teeth. I like that they're $5, and readily available for lower-income families, but they are absolute shit. Wave 1 of the regular MU were better than these are. I seriously believe these are the figures that come with the vehicles. But at least I have them now, lol.

At least they're not the mini-mini MU:

Who's starting the 2" collection thread?

Y'know, I have only found one Cap A variant in about 12-15 stores.

But tonight I was in a random WalMart and they had four Cap A's with the Steve Rogers/maskless head.

If anybody is having trouble shoot me a note and I'll go back and grab them.

Tiberius 03-06-2012 09:10 PM

So Hank...hows that Goblin Armour coming along?!

Psylocke is already a peg warmer by me, Pete. That entire wave is now.

This is my Lord Marvel impression..

Agreed, except for Storm in my area. She is the hot pick of that wave around me. Glad I got one.

So has everyone heard about David Vonner being let go? I would put a link to another marvelous site that offers occasional NEWS, but after the past few days, I'm fearful of being smooshed by the man for my insolence.
