I used to be a MOC collector first and would buy a second to open, but then I found myself just wasting away money. Plus, it is much harder to find a place to display an unopened figure than a loose one in a glass case when you don't really have the space for it. Unless it is an import or a special release figure with special packaging, I throw away all of my boxes now.

I like aspects of Beast Machines becasue Megatron essentially won. He conquered Cybertron and the Maximals are trying to free the planet and are always on the run. That brought an interesting perspective. As did Megatron using Optimal Optimus' body for the final fight. The music was fantastic too.

Another thing I loved was the Key to Vector Sigma and Plasma Energy Chamber usage along with the mythos that were built on top of the G1 episode "The Dweller in the Depths" with Cybertron once being an organic planet. Optimus Primal though, went way overboard on the cuckoo train though and I didn't care for the morphing instead of transforming. Oh, but the idea of turning past characters into drones was pretty entertaining, especially, "Chicks dig loner bit."

She definitely looks cool, but there's a big difference between intangible and invisible. Unfortunately for Kitty, her powers aren't naturally toyetic.

I used to be all MOC but little by little I've been collecting loose figs way more than I ever thought I would. Also, my kids don't help...lol, they want me to open everything!

Everything's bigger in Texas?? Lol, JK. It's about time though. We're usually the last at everything. It's always north and makes its way down south.

Hopefully one of my buddies in Texas can find him.

I think though my area doesn't have him yet cause the shelves are still stocked on the Thanos and Allfather waves :/. A few of the Red Onslaught Wave and Absorbing man wave are here, but only appear to be one assortment

What I noticed today at Walgreens is that they had just received 2 cases of the Onslaught wave and 2 cases of the Hobgoblin wave. They were not there yesterday, so, I don't know if that has anything to do with the Punisher, but, just FYI.

I'm not surprised that they're getting full waves. Mine got in the Hulkbuster wave about a week ago and everything is still there.

I didn't like Prime mainly for the (sorta) petty reason that Wheeljack was now a wrecker instead of the Autobot's resident mad scientist. Wheeljack was my favorite and generally still is so I take offense to him not being one of the nerds. I did like Animated but I can understand why the designs pushed away a lot of people and yeah even though the animation hasn't aged that well Beast Wars remains a damn good cartoon, one of the best of the '90s. As far as the Michael Baysplosion movies are concerned I was okay with the first and third (Leonard Nimoy can go a long way in my book) but they weren't good movies just lots of action and crap thrown in your face. The second and fourth however were a punishment to watch, I don't even know why I watched the fourth but I suffered through it for some reason.

Normally it feels like we have to survive on toy scraps and watch the internet like freaking hawks to get our fill. These conditions do make bountiful toy hunts feel particularly rejoiceful.

Got these in the mail today

http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...sfm3lxnw3.jpeg

Misty had a frozen foot, and her lipstick looks like Courtney Love applied it with a shotgun, but no super derpy eye.

I think Hellcat's sideways wrist hinges are really odd. Does anyone know, were they added for Hellcat or does Black Cat have them too?

Hahaha "Courtney love applied it with a shotgun" that is hysterical!

Speaking of Namor...you guys were talking about using the staff of DC figures to fit him. I found some pretty cool ones on my weapons box.
