My gods, you're awful X'D
When I've got my millions, I'm setting a million aside so that everyone here gets a carded solid Vision like an investment, and their number one want, just cos I'm a nice guy like that and as I'll probably not get my millions, I can promise what I want XD

why not just commission Hasbro to make an exclusive for you? have them make only 500 or so and pass them out to friends, sell them and become richer, burn them on youtube and make us cry, or make people do horrible things for your amusement.

You know that's not a terrible idea.

One thing I also said I'd do with enough money is get Disney to reshoot all if Terrence Howards scenes in Iron Man with Don Cheadle, and just remake the Incredible Hulk with Mark Ruffalo. I'm not a fan of continuity errors, and recasts are the worst for continuity. It'd vastly improve both movies.

It's so sad, but so true!

I use a sock. lol. A heavy wool sock. 1 good wrap around the figure and then slowly crank the vice. The channel locks work but you have less control & can smash your fingers if you're stupid.

I'm slowly getting larger balls when it comes to customizing, Started with just the boil & pop, Moved on to the vice split, some cutting & drilling. Now I'm looking at picking up a dremel tool (for around the house of course) It's easy to try this stuff out when figures are easy to get. But when they are hard to find/expensive & you have one shot not to mess up. lol

Some obscure characters I would like are diamondback (any serpent society), hela, toxin, deaths head II, Batroc, Sharon carter, and M (Monica st croix). Not sure if some of these are considered "oddball" but lets throw in 8 ball and screwball just to be sure.
I may be the only guy happy for that she Thor/ unworthy Thor 2 pack. I want jarnborn as that weapon took out a celestial.

We are talking about toys right...:p

I'm also going to invest money into hiring an elite team of thieves so that they can steal @322rafaels's collection. And let's face it, you'd all do it.

Mwahahahahaaa!!!

Seriously though. The Moon Knight in that Ant-Man 2 pack is frigging amazing. Do any of you customizers think you can make an identical one? I'm stuck with a Mac for the day so I can't post pics but I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about.

But in all seriousness, if I had a lot of MOC Vision's I wouldn't hoard them. 3 of them tops. The community deserves them!

How exactly has @322rafael got the gems in his collection? Rumor has it that he rented 4 houses just to store his unreleased FFFoom's!

Kamatayan 08-28-2015 09:46 PM

I just realized that the Scarlet Spider figure has the same body mold for the Deadpool figures.

Are we remembering the same figure? From what I can recall (and find on the net) he's on the exact same buck as the first release, just with an improved paint deco.

That's why I used the new-mold Punisher body to make my own custom Moon Knight. Significantly better body than that old thing.

Ya, he is just a repaint. But I don't know. Something about it really appeals to me. There are a lot of figures that I find cool over small things about it. For example, I absolutely love the fact that the two pack Colossus is gray rather than a silverish color. I just really prefer that Colossus over the rest of them.

Discovered a five below in sarasota. Nice to pick up a cap 2 fig in his avengers costume and an extra mcu falcon without getting boned on the price.

It'd be a good body to use to make a Deadpool, but they're not the same. Deadpool was a movie figure initially, so he's a unique body full of precious sculpted detail and ball joint hips

Has any one spotted the vulture MI wave at mass retail like target, walmart, etc? Have seen nothing new since the bishop wave.

It really helps if you can hit the discount stores up early in the day, beat the soccer moms and their sniveling whiny kids :o
Jedis right, the scarlet spider figure has a hip swivel and movie deadpool does not, different bucks.

Also that unreleased moon knight had a great blue wash methinks, maybe it's rareity makes it desirable but it does look neat. Moon knight is one of the rare figures I like on that buck.

In other news..... MTF Valkyries Kickstarter has reached $74,246 with 16 days to go. Which unlocks the grey black troops at the $72k mark. Getting closer to those Hydra Troops. Check out the link they have posted a bunch of new images for the female figures.

my store still has so many they are practically falling off the pegs

Kamatayan 08-29-2015 06:32 PM

Passed on an AOU Loki, AOU Scarlet Witch, and a freaking Sentinel today. I somewhat regret SW, I don't care much for Loki, and I'm kinda frustrated about not being able to afford the Sentinel. But I got Baymax and Hiro today so that's pretty awesome!

Kamatayan 08-29-2015 06:41 PM

While I was researching the BH6 figures I found black variants of them. I'm not sure when they're gonna be released but people are speculating that it has something to do with a new BH6 short film coming out. The variants look pretty cool. Especially Fred and Baymax. I was thinking that they might be Heartless variants of the figures since BH6 was confirmed for the new Kingdom Hearts game, but then again, unless they were exclusives I don't think they would do it for that reason.

There was also this D23 exclusive Baymax figure set which was basically a box of really shiny repaints of all the 4" Baymax figures that came out. D23 had so many freaking amazing exclusives.

Kamatayan 08-29-2015 07:35 PM

I'm looking at some awesome phasing Vision pics and I realized that I don't care about the solid variant and I just want a good Vision. And besides, the phasing variant looks cooler anyway. I passed up on it for $25 at BCC. I feel so damn stupid.
