Thanks to TFW2005 member Kiresu,*we’ve received an interesting piece of news suggesting that Masterpiece Bumblebee will be seeing a Toys ‘R Us release.*Kiresu provided this evidence this morning with the computer listing for Masterpiece Bumlebee that includes a Spike figure, priced at $64.99. Hasbro has made a valiant effort to release most Masterpieces through Toys ‘R us, so this “rumor” has some serious weight behind it. Stay tuned here as more information becomes available.

Fansproject’s FPcore site has updated with colored prototype pictures of the next two Saurus Ryo-Oh (aka DinoKing) pretender shells. The next two to be offered will be Ankylobot and Brontobot. These are the shells for Fansproject’s Dinosan (Rairyu) and Dinoshi (Gairyu). These shells also double as piggy banks. Some new Rescue Bots action has now hit US store shelves. Thanks to 2005 Board member Hollywood Hoist for this tipoff. He has found the new version of Rescue Bots Deep Water High Tide at a Toys R Us in Washington State. The previous version of High Tide was his smaller, blue, Mini Sub that came with the Rescue Rig Playset. In the show, the smaller High Tide can merge with his ship to form this giant! Via the German toy licensing database Brandora, we have some new images of the Robots in Disguise Legion class figures, Blizzard Strike Optimus Prime and Ratchet. They are both redecos of earlier toys – Optimus being a redeco of his earlier Legion toy in cool blue, and Ratchet a redeco of Strongarm. Few hours ago we got a look at some of the Transformers: Robots In Disguise figures from Season 2. Hasbro has uploaded a Sneal Peek of the upcoming season featuring all the Autobots. The footage also features Decepticon Overload and a small lizard like Minicon who maybe belonging to Decepticon Crazybolt. The footage also reveals Optimus Prime’s new Blizzard Strike redeco and some action in the Arctic by Drift, Sideswipe, Optimus Prime and Windblade. Season 2 is rumored to release in March 2016. ToyWorld have shared an image with us of an unofficial version of the Generation 1 Seeker Ramjet which they are working on. Currently known only as TW-07, this Ramjet is highly stylised and detailed, and also looks to be pretty big, if the screws and articulated fingers are anything to measure it by. Artist Augusto Barranco has shared some concept art from his work on the Robots in Disguise cartoon on his Twitter account. The concept artwork includes a near finalized version of the Decepticon tunneler Ped, concepts of Micronus Prime of the 13, a menacing and awesome shark concept that did not make the cut, and two concepts showing the evolution of the character Clampdown – the earliest concepts of Clampdown made the character taller and spindlier, with multiple legs. These concepts arguably also influenced one-shot Decepticon villain, Bisk. Check out this cool selection of artwork attached to this post.
