While I think having a set of all the crazy Separation Anxiety Symbiote kids (Lasher, Scream, Phage, Riot, and Agony) would be great fun, I'd much rather see Typhoid Mary than a green Carnage repaint.

TYPHOID MARY!!! She should just win the entire poll right now. In fact, I can't even believe Hasbro is make her be on a poll when she is important enough to just get a figure. WTF?

Tim 07-22-2016 08:25 AM

Is that it for the Marvel reveals or is more on Saturday?

I believe the main panel is Saturday. I would not expect to see much if anything today though. They could reveal another X-Man..I'd be fine with that.

Patience, young Padawan. Never believe you have seen everything they have to show until after their panel, ever.

This.

I got a feeling we're gonna be "green" with envy after tomorrow.

We should also be seeing release dates on the little stands at some point, right? Or is that just a NYTF thing, I honestly cannot remember.

I have to agree - sorry Nitelife, you are of course welcome to your own opinion and I get what you're saying.

It helps for me because while Citizen V, Fixer and Mach IV (or II or whatever version just a Mach something) as well as an Atlas BAF, are high on my list, Songbird is much higher. Maybe it was the broken promise of the lost figure (even with the bad hair lol), a few years back, but she's a huge want for me.

Also going to go out on a limb here, and again this may be because they teased us with a pulled figure once already, but I think it's very probable Songbird may win the entire poll, even without knowing who the last four choices are.

Oh dont get me wrong shes a great addition, im just saying id like the rest of the tbolts team shes most known with. That and ive always been partial to solo and really hope he gets into one of the spidey waves with silver sable. Those two are some of my most wanted lower tier characters.

That's fair, we all have figures we are partial too that may not be part of the larger audience wants. I would like a Solo, he'd be cool. I hope he finds a way to a wave at some point. Silver Sable too, I'd buy both of those. She's on my longer want list.

Just voted the typhoid mary and lasher vote

It was hard i would like both made typhoid because shes been a daredevil villian then ally for a long time. Lasher is cool as well and like everyone knows im a spiderman and symbiote WHORE. So i voted lasher !!

Hopfully all the symbiotes get made eventually. I know they were made years back by toybiz for that venom line. But once again that was eons ago.

Oh man thatd be epic....could do the symbiotes with a venom the madness as the baf....even get eddies ex as venomess with an unmasked head for her. And also shriek symbiote. Need unmasked heads for the various symbiotes.

Captain Nash 07-22-2016 09:05 AM

I've heard of Shriek...is she (I think it's a she) part of the same storyline that Lasher is from? Wasn't there also a Scream and....I can't remember any of the others. I am not well versed in past spider-man stories for the most part unless they are the more prominent ones.

The symbiote 'kids' from Separation Anxiety were Lasher, Scream, Phage, Riot, and Agony; Shriek is a 90s Spidey villain with strong ties to Carnage, specifically one of his allies during Maximum Carnage. She did briefly get a symbiote during one of the Carnage mini-series.

oh okay, I think maybe I was thinking Shriek was Scream and Scream was another symbiote as well. I really need to put my Marvel Unlimited subscription to use and read a bunch of back issues of the various Spider-Man books. I'm great on X-Men and Avengers but Spider-Man and Daredevil I'm mostly lost except the highlights.

I just watched Pixel Dans interview with the Marvel people at SDCC, they mentioned that only 75% of the Spider-man wave was on display, and that there were more reveals coming on the Saturday panel and that if you like mutants you will like that panel. Also three MCU figures this year, two of which we've seen.

AndreWebs 07-22-2016 09:41 AM

OMG Guys!! Netflix Marvel Legends!! SO MUCH YES!

Edit: JESSICA JONES! Sensational! I honestly prefer Kristen Ritter's take on the character than her comic counterpart, so this version is perfect. Bernthal Punisher looks great, too!

The stark white of his skin against the deep black of his garb made for a striking visualization. I was unaware of his X-men appearance from that period, but it makes sense since he was showing up as a foil for other flagship titles/characters. I need to read Uncanny 144. It's ironic, but one of my very first X-men books, gifted to me by a family friend, was issue 143. lol Which cemented Kitty as a favorite character for me...I've also hoped that a N'Garai would show up as a X-men themed Marvel Legends toy for many years now, thanks to that Christmas issue...

Ah, the N'Garai issue! One of my personal favourites. Marking the final collaboration between Claremont and Byrne, and proving Kitty's worth to the team as a fully-fledged member.

Now I could be wrong, but didn't D'Spayre pop up in an issue of Excalibur also? Makes sense, since the big Chris co-created him.

This is good news indeed. Combined with Moonstone and Radioactive Man (and to a lesser extent Blizzard and Speed Demon), the Thunderbolts set is slowly growing (if Melissa wins, that is)...

(all this Thunderbolts talk ignited a need to reread some on my part, hence the art references)

I wouldn't worry about Solo missing out, Nitelife. I can see a Deadpool wave being released to coincide with his second film, so Solo will hopefully appear there! In fact, I imagine all of these choices shall be made sooner or later.

YESSSSS JESSICA!

And more mutants. Aw shit son.

Dr Kain 07-22-2016 10:02 AM

New pictures of Dazzler, Nova, and Angela are out and boy their heads are huge. Hopefully that is just because they are in the prototype stages.

BTW, whose body molds do you think Hasbro could reause Dazzler and Angela for?

hasbroherofan 07-22-2016 10:17 AM

I sincerely never thought we'd get Legends for the Netflix shows. Holy crap.
