Beautiful. What table is that? I've been looking for something like that and have been using a small tablet in place of anything like that.

That's a good question. I think its from one of the Big Lots military action figure playsets. Or from a cheap dollar store wrestling figure that comes with a folding chair or
table.

Sh002 great stuff; love the mass quantity of your battles :)

I went to the Disney store for the first time to see if I could score a Select Antman; and there were plenty so I completed my growth display; but thinking of picking up the 5poa Titan version too:

While I was there I noticed the comic version Hulkbuster; for $25 and the amount of plastic and awesome paint you get; it was a no brainer:

Hulkbuster S.H.E.I.L.D. Unit, lead by Quartermaine:

(Edit) added some more:

IM2 version:

Il Cattivo 09-20-2015 02:42 PM

so I'm not the only one who uses that hulkbuster :)

I've always felt the hulkbuster from the ironman 2 line was way under scaled. imo the MS one scales better with the 3 3/4 figures.

This image for me is movie Hulk, don't care much for the look of the avengers version, that bit where he comes out if the ground, bloody awesome

Your photo inspired me to consider it. I also have the IM2 one and in retrospect; does fall literally short in light of the movie version being quite a few feet taller than Hulk. The mold and paint really sold it for me, and it's got some weight to it.

This. 100x

OfficialHegarty 09-21-2015 06:26 AM

Grabbing the last bits to finish off my collection does anyone have both the legends baf galactus and the universe galactus and which one is the better figure ?

Universe 09-21-2015 06:34 AM

The MU Galactus is the best.

Reasons why:
Much bigger than the BAF
Looks more accurate to appearances in comics.
Possabilty is hindered from the talk-box in the chest; but it's Galactus, not Spiderman.
Easier to get than the BAF I imagine.

Yeah the MU Galactus is just flat out better than the BAF version, the Sentinel has room for preference but with Galactus it is basically a fact that the MU one is better.

Well that's it modern back when it debuted the HB was actually a little smaller than the Hulk, it's one of those artist variation things.

Most probably. What I love about BBTS is that you pre-order what you know you are going to want...then, if you find it at retail before, all you have to do is cancel that pre-order, no questions asked, no charges. If you don't find it before then chances are you won't find it at all so you don't need to worry because you will get it when it becomes available there.

Totally agree there! A great place holder until it comes out in retail or someone with free shipping gets him first :P

I know it would have been ridiculously expensive but wouldn't a 4 foot tall or so Celestial have been amazing?!

Heck yeah...how much did these go for when they got first released? I just know I paid 100 for him and Sentinel which I thought was a good deal.

Great now I need the big ass stormtrooper to use as a celestial.

UrsaMagnus 09-21-2015 11:04 AM

I had considered one of those big Power Ranger figures. Celestial/Kirby-like helmet and a fairly blank body for detailing.

Not my custom, but here is a Mastermold that was done with a Giant Superman and the Toybiz Mastermold figure for the head.

UrsaMagnus 09-21-2015 11:10 AM

Excellent.
