Although, I always thought that they'd work well as a Metal band: the Wrecking Crüe. \m/

Trebleshot should get a small piece of carboard, with some duct tape to make it legit, and a 1:18th scale boom box lol.

WHAT IF

THE WRECKING CREW WERE THE BADDEST B-BOYS IN THE MARVEL UNIVERSE?

Go white dudes, it's yo birf-day...

Seriously though, I think this is the first time I've seen the 'Crew together in one shot, and their colors are RIDICULOUS! How can you be on the same team and look nothing like each other?!?!?

I love the idea that Spidey is embarrassed by his own cheesyness!

Sweet! So glad they made it! I'm always nervous about sending stuff overseas. Some irrational fear that they're going to be lost in the ocean or something, but it makes me ever so happy to see when they arrive!

In other news, fellow Arker Iceman seriously hooked me up HARDCORE on behalf of the community. If anyone can hook him up on my behalf, (more than I plan to), please do so!

LapuLapu 03-28-2012 12:06 PM

Awesome pics from the last page, keep it up guys!

Well did some after work hunt and its all the same revision, I picked up finally a Spiderman 2099 after passin on him since hes been released ( actually its more of a "i gotta buy something to feed my Plastik Krack Addiction" than " oh lookee here a shiny new fig that i dont have " ).

Peteparker 03-28-2012 12:09 PM

Yea, I thought it was bad when the Targets were filling up on the Cable revision wave, now the Walmarts are filling up on those. UGH.

Why couldn't they have stuck with the Wave 17 rev 2 wave for a month or two? There were some kick-ass figures in that case. :(

I use these:

http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/...328_120953.jpg

Had them for about 4 years and are still solid. $5 at Walmart in the fishing department. Still trying to find one for the big body figures.

I used to use these for my star wars wizards of the coast game pieces. What I did was put two of them together and bring it to the checkout as one piece. They only charged me for one box.

here we go. something like this would be perfect. if they're still around @ $5, i could use quite a few.

thanks for all the other tips, Arkers. the past few pages on this thread have been hilarious. :D

No joke, I'm with you on that one Pete! I'm kind of barely seeing wave 17 still. The sad thing is I'm not even MU hunting any more, just TFP :P

Appreciating MU!
New Waves Of MARVEL Universe Action Figures Revealed
Bring them out! On a side note, looks like it's 2012 Wave 1 is what the latest wave is being called....

Peteparker 03-28-2012 03:25 PM

Didn't you all hear? MU is cancelled. Lol.

Great point, does give us time to save and rest up for the hunt! Hopefully these will get flooded like the Cable revision wave.

Symbiote 03-28-2012 03:36 PM

I'm really disappointed that the ultimate spidey has no thigh swivels, rocker ankles and maybe no neck pivot. IMO, another useless respin. However, I can't wait for FF spidey and the paper bag variant. The rest of the figures look great and I can't wait to start seeimg them all. Fingers crossed for april releases.

Agreed, only Spider-Man I'll get is FF!

I was browsing BBTS, and then I found these figures interesting: Alpha 3.75" Customizing Buck Figure - Single Figure - Blanx Figures

Maybe good for people who likes to customize their MU.

Just having some fun with simple headswapping.... :)

First up is Daredevil unmasked....(Matt Murdock)...

http://i1135.photobucket.com/albums/...o/DSCI0341.jpg

Then Steve Rogers "Movie Style" (I really can't express how much I dig the Commander Rogers outfit in general, lol)....

shortysben 03-28-2012 05:32 PM

Those are pretty cool, and like all of you...these waves cannot come soon enough...

DogFashionDisco 03-28-2012 05:43 PM

Commander Rogers looks much better with the movie head sculpt.

Starscream99 03-28-2012 05:45 PM

That Chris Evans head on Commander Rogers body looks great!

Speaking of head swaps. Looking at my Daken figure right now is he suppose to have that hideous five head? I just put Cap/Logan CP Logan head and he looks alot better, but is it comic accurate?

I need something pretty much just like that but I can't find one that it wide enough and symmetrical. See, what I want to do it paint the thing silver and stick Iron Man suits in there as a wall of armor. Finding one wide enough for normal figures is hard enough but something that will fit the Hulkbuster as well is just nuts. I'll probably break down one day and just make one up myself.

Iceman 03-28-2012 06:35 PM

Side note. Has anyone ever looked closely at the back of the Masterwork Galactus box? I know they had less figures out then but did they really have to reuse characters? There are multiples of Spider-Man, Wolverine, etc but there are FOUR Iron Men in there. And two of them are right next to each other! It was just puzzling me the other night.

jerzey93 03-28-2012 06:38 PM

just picked up Darkhawk :). Slooowwwwly but surely building my collection lol, and i'm surprised he actually lasted where i hid him at TRU :P. question for anyone that has him though, his legs come off a bit easy, his wings are kind of loose in the little slots and his left shoulder is pretty stiff, im thinking this just might be my figure but anyone else have these problems with theirs?
