the issue with that box set is i don't think anyone wants that disco armour unless you're a hardcore iron man fan. i would get the set but stuck with the disco armour which according to iron man 3 concept art is meant to be the mark 7 armour repainted but its not , i might get luck and see a warmachine on ebay or see the set at least worth £20 on ebay rather than £40-50

80% of my collection is currently in storage in my parents attic, but since SDCC, I literally crave for Marvel Legends, so I moved back some figures to my place. That's not much, but I feel better!! :D

Wow today was expensive. Walked into Target for the 2 pack and walked out with it and the X Wave minus Wolverine and Deadpool. Walked into Walgreens and walked out with Wolverine. Apparently Deadpool is going to be impossible to find. I have been saying it since the wave was announced and I still think it holds true...If ever Hasbro was going to double-pack a figure, that Deadpool was the one to do it with.

So yes, the X wave is out in the wild now. Bit of info. A guy who looked it up at Target showed that they are listing it as Avengers Legends X-Men or some such thing so who knows how they will stock it. It sounds like they may lump it in with the Avengers stuff. A guy at TRU said they showed it in transit so it sounds like the wave is starting to hit distribution with multiple stores. I am also in the barren Legends wasteland that is KC so hopefully that means everyone else will have luck soon too.

It boggles my mind how the X wave is slowly appearing around the U.S yet finding the giant man wave is like looking for where's waldo....

I've seen the MCU Giant Man wave at my local comic shop but nowhere. If I had the money I would buy up all the Hawkeye, Hellcat, Misty Knight, Beetle, and Speed Demon in my local Walmart, Target, and TRU and give them to charity or something. I'm so sick of seeing them especially Hawkeye and Hellcat.

Not finding a wave in 2 stores that's just now hitting retail doesn't really qualify as impossible to find, man... give it some time at least.

So as i sit down with this Corona on my desk, i wonder how the hell did Ashley Barton get a figure before we got a Spider-Ham figure ???? I can not fathom it....

Spider-Ham requires unique tooling that at best would only be reusable for Spider-Ham 2099. Spider-Barton requires a new head sculpt. Not too hard to puzzle out why one's been made before the other.

Went out hunting for the new X-men Legends wave and...struck out at all five Walgreen's and a Target. Hulkbuster and Rhino wave peg-warmers as far as the eye can see and then some. Oh well. I did pick up a Marvel Select Black Cat from the LCS, so the whole day wasn't a waste. Bright side and all that.

TRU had Deadpool for sale at around 1pm and I was able to preorder one, this time it said limit 5 per costumer. Sale lasted longer then expected, I guess many were at work or school, they sold out in about 45 min.

No sign of anything new at my local Target or Wal-Mart, heck Target still had GG wave figures

I'm heading to orlando this this afternoon, hopefully if time permits i'll hit some walgeeens up there and i know the disney theme parks have stores that sell legends. So we shall see !!!

This week they had half the x-men wave at one Walgreens out of the many I check. I picked up deadpool and wolverine then, no rogue unfortunately. I plan to get them all eventually but wanted to get those 3 first. On the flip side I have only seen the remnants of the giant man civil war wave once.

Does anyone have any updates on the SDCC Poll winners and the final poll to determine the figure? Wonder if they've said when it's going to be or if it was done in secret.

Or....since Songbird took an overwhelming amount of most votes, if she was just declared winner.

Also had some thoughts on next year. If this year it turns out we're getting 7 waves officially for 2016 I can imagine the same for next year. We already know about the GOTG2, X-men, and Spider-Man wave. We can reasonably guess there will be a Thor and Spider-Man: Homecoming wave. My guess for the last two would be a third Spider-Man wave towards the end of the year and hopefully that rumored Wolverine wave. If there's another non movie wave for Spider-Man I would love it if they would put in Justice and Firestar in that wave. Firestar did have her debut in a Spider-Man cartoon after all, and it would be criminal to do a Firestar figure without a Justice (though the smaller scale has gotten away with it for how many years now?)

Poor choice of phrasing on my part. I am fully aware the wave is just hitting and that it is quite possible that Deadpool's missing from the two stores where I found the rest may not constitute a pattern. It was more of a generalized opinion on my part from as far back as the announcement wrapped inside poor phrasing. Sorry for the irritation.

Firestar had the Spiderman & friends 3 pack from TRU for MU and also the 5" exclusive from previews. But yeah she def needs to be made in the ML 6" scale.

No you had it right the first time. The figure is going to be impossible to find.

It's not so much irritation as it is just a recommendation to have some patience, especially if a person insists on finding whole waves in store instead of just ordering them online. The only thing that would make finding a figure impossible possible is limiting your buying options voluntarily... =)
