I went looking yesterday. but ran into a fellow collector said local shops been hitting all the ones in the area buying them all up. I gave up and went home.
I found Venom last week and saw him again yesterday he doesn't seem to be as popular.

I really like how Agent Venom came out for ML. I also think his small silver pistols work well for Black Widow.

ALSO, HIT WALGREENS THIS WEEK!!! Agent Venom is in their AD and on SALE for 15$!!! (with Walgreens card)

That last piece is for my girlfriend (She loves Claptrap), just because, but I wanted a picture of them together before I wrapped them back up and hid them.

I picked up the 1994 Godzilla today at Toys R Us from Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla. I thought he looked more green on the Blu-ray as opposed to black but still it's a nice looking figure in 12 inch scale.

It's measured from the head to the end of the tail, hence the 12 inch scale claim. Measured from head to toe it's a bit over 6 inches tall.

Anyway, I picked up my pre-order of Captain America The Winter Soldier steelbook earlier today at Best Buy during lunch. I removed the discs to show everyone what the interior looks like.

It's not out officially until tomorrow. But if history repeats itself this steelbook will sell out very quickly so you'll either want to pre-order it for in-store pick-up or be there when the store opens tomorrow morning. It had already sold out online when I last checked.

I think Wal-Mart is featuring exclusive slipcovers with different artwork showing different characters and I think Target is supposed to have a bonus disc like they did with Avengers. Other than that your guess is as good as mine.

How does the neck look on that Kid Flash? All the pictures I have seen make it look like his neck is twice as long as it should be. It looked REALLY strange.

That's exactly why it took me so long to buy him, his proportions looked really wonky in pics and videos. The neck looks fine in person, I was really surprised. I fully expected to have to modify it, though that would have been a pain since the neck is way thicker than the opening on the head.

His wrists look extremely long and way too thin, though. Very alien-like. I never even noticed that in photos. There are various flaws in the metallic paint, too. No air bubbles on mine unlike some others I've seen, but there are weird dark spots in the red here and there.

I like him well enough, but this is like a very tall, thin and dorky looking Kid Flash. I would've preferred a classic Wally KF, but the old DC Direct one doesn't seem like it would fit in with New 52 titans. Until they make a New 52 Wally West Kid Flash (whose new design I don't approve of, with the garish silver and orange costume rather than classic Flash colors) this is the only option for a modern KF.

Yep. Picked mine up as soon as my BB opened. Good thing too cause they were sold out in about 10 minutes. Also grabbed the GI Joe Retaliation Steelbook for 12$ , No longer a Wal-Mart exclusive. They had about 16 new steelbooks out today for 12$ each, I may go back and get a couple more. Still love the back of the Joe steelbook.

Never picked up Retaliation. This might give me a reason to do so.

The best part of Retaliation is Cobra Commander. He looks and acts like he is supposed to. I also like Firefly very much. I might be bias being a Joe fan for 30 years. I wish they could have salvaged Destro as well as CC , but I will take what I can.

Thanks for the heads up. Target didn't have any steel books but BB did, I was able to snag one. I did not realize they don't include DVDs anymore, kind of wish they still did.

That steelbook is bad ass. Not enough for me to warrant another purchase, but bad ass nevertheless.

The H.I.S.S. tanks did it for me. They were even made of paper mache' (as evidenced by how easily a fleet of them was destroyed by a tread with a roll cage and rockets...) just like in the cartoon!

Firefly held a very special place for me, as I felt the casting and character was spot on. My one gripe about him was how he constantly removed his mask. He's the "Faceless Master." Cobra Commander doesn't even know what he looks like.

And I know someone will probably chastise me for saying this...but whoever directs the next movie...please...less Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow.

Haven't gotten around to really hunting as I just recently moved (packing up my collection was a total nightmare...) but I had a couple of nice scores at Walmart this week, finally finding some items that I had been going crazy hunting for. Much to my shock and amazement, this was the FIRST TIME I had ever seen DoubleDealer on the shelves! Not pictured is the audio book I've been listening to, "Star Wars: Darth Plagueis", which I'm about halfway through and has been pretty awesome thus far!
