As far as the auction goes, I see it less as a "hey, collectors, don't worry; the line is OK!" and more of a "hey, collectors, I know there's a market for preproduction figures that'll pay this, oh and hey hasbro, #%&K Y@$."

I'm still not convinced it is DV; I'd be willing to bet it's someone just trying to cash in on his sudden name recognition across the webs.

That theory falls apart if you look at the feedback. Its all old, like years, which means the account isn't new. Whoever it is I think we can safely assume it is a Hasbro employee or ex employee.

I heard from a guy that they were cancelling the entire MU line because Mattel was taking over the property.

No worries my friend. None of that is set in stone. Plus Hasbro already announced their entire years wave so no way are they going to just scrap it. Once you offically hear it from either Hasbro or Mattel themselves, then thats when you take it in stride.

I heard it from Super Joe, a rspected member of this forum. According to him the line ends in 4 + years so enjoy it while it lasts because the end is approaching quickly.
