After weeks of looking, I finally ran into Goldust! I love his current look, his new finishing move, and I love seeing him paired up with his brother Cody "Stardust" Rhodes. They have great chemistry. Too bad the rated "G" WWE won't let Goldust go back to his androgynous, movie quoting, "Buffalo Bill" gimmick. It was easily one of my favorites of the "Attitude" era during the late 90's.

I don't know anything about wrestling, it's not really my thing. Is there a reason he looks like yellow Darth Maul? He looks like kind of like that Savage Opress character they made for the Filoni Clone Wars cartoon. Maybe it's just coincidence, or something they planned, but I immediately thought of Darth Maul when I saw this picture.

Much in the tradition of many painted and masked wrestlers, Goldust has changed the look of his face paint over the years, and has also mimicked and quoted many characters, wrestlers, and famous actors over the years in his attempts to play "mind games" with his opponents.

The paint he wears does bear a strong resemblance to Darth Maul, and while I'm not certain, I'm quite sure it's intentional and he's not just a Star Wars fan. The current gimmick if you will has Star Wars written all over it.

After being retired from the active WWE roster for some time, Goldust returned to help his struggling younger brother Cody Rhodes, who was going through something of a bad streak of losses in the storyline. After a few months of teaming up with Goldust, Cody finally made a turn to the "dark" side if you will, becoming "Stardust" (possible Star Wars reference there with the use of the word "star") He changed his mannerisms and his look entirely to mimic that of his brother, complete with Darth Maul styled red and yellow contact lenses. While they were fan favorites for a while, they are currently regarded as heels, with Cody Rhodes acting more and more bizarre, and nothing like his former self.

I haven't watched wrasslin' in a while but goldust has been around for a long time. I'm glad to see he is still around, for some reason I thought he was dead. I saw those WWE figures at a local grocery store and some d bag stole all of the accessories.
I stopped by my LCS and snagged wonderman, aquaman, and black adam.

i used to watch wrestling with my brother when i was in like 4th and 5th grade. but wow, there are still some old dudes in wrestling, that's pretty funny.

That ship is so amazing. I remember wanting it so badly when The Phantom Menace came out in theaters. You did a great job cleaning it up!

Got this at the thrift store yesterday. So glad I waited till it was half off, and I was lucky it was still there Sat morn. It sat on the shelf for over a week.

Man your Kamen Rider display is AWESOME. My brother and I wanted to start the line but there is SO many and we honestly know little to nothing about what Kamen Rider is.

I definitely recommend start out by watching either Blade, Ryuki, Gaim, W, OOO, or Black.

Blade is my favorite series, hence why I am trying to get all the bikes.
