My guess is the only 2 figures out of that set that won't get another release are Purple Man and Dreadknight. Although the Dreadknight is killer, I only got the set for Enchantress really.

BBTS has Captain American and Captain Britain available (from the newest wave)...

I think dreadknight might be released at some point. But your right about Purple Man I think he will be exclusive to Sdcc

I figure, as long as the decos are different enough, it still makes the exclusive version special.

And hey, it means the rest of us don't feel shafted out of a character we wanted.

Honestly, it's kind of win/win. I'm certainly jazzed that I'll be able to get both Enchantress and Dormammu without having to break the bank. I can see why it would be frustrating, though.

I've been steadily selling off figures from the back bench that I just don't like as much as I had hoped. It helps pay for the newer versions and I've been relatively lucky in selling off hard to find figures weeks before new versions were announced.
Domino being one of the figures I sold. I just couldn't get over her arms being that thin. That's one figure I'm confident we'll see in the next few years. I'll be patient.

I've got a special attachment to her, cable, pool, New Mutants as they turned to X-Force..because I was a solid reader during that era.
I really just want her figure..I SEE it's not great..but it'll be something for me until something better comes along...if it comes along..i want that Cannonball too!

Likewise. I know the Dom figure is lacking, but with the new Cable and Deadpool figures, I feel like I need Dom to complete the End of New Mutants/Beginning of X-Force trifecta.

I ordered from Dorkside. Was one of the first as I gathered, but I also ordered a couple of loose figures for a friend while I was at it, and as far as I know, that bumped my order way down.
They are supposed to get their third and maybe even final shipment in a couple of weeks.
Also, according to the rumour-mill, the reason both online and B&M stores have been having trouble filling orders was because of the initial reluctance of big chains to hop on the X-wagon. This meant Hasbro made a smaller run of figures which in turn where sought after even harder by customers ... yay... not.

Oh, and don't get me wrong, I love Domino... that's why she had to go.
It's like you pick up the first issue of a new run with your favourite character, and they just totally screw her up. Or that band you loved gets back together and you end up wishing they hadn't.

I bought the set second-hand and within a couple of months, his coat just started to crumble. Lost a few hairs over that one.
I'm keeping him. (who would want to buy him now?)
I'm still hoping I find a suitable body for his head, because I love his head-sculpt.

Still hoping for a steady supply of New Mutants/X-Force over the next years.
