same exact pegs but for some reason it wouldn't fit. I had to cut the tip off the neck post for it to finally fit after trying for about an hour lol. I even put the head on the freezer to harden the plastic(neck post was kinda rubbery) but that still didn't work. here's a pic http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/...psqzvjomea.jpg |

So the Hide set just got cheaper... Hide Action Figure Set (BBC Shop Exclusive) £3.99! ? Merchandise Guide - The Doctor Who Site I can't buy it since all of my giftcards go to Amazon, and I don't want to add something to my list so close to Christmas. I'm not even sure they'd ship it to the US, to be quite honest. |

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/fW...w1280-h1920-no If that ugly seam wasn't in the backdrop, the "bigger on the inside" effect would be perfect. Anyway to remove that without opening up the Tardis? |

Figured this was worth posting: Doctor Who Archives - The Toyark - News |

Well, I have a Caretaker 12 on the way from Amazon, some sculpting clay, and flesh tone paint, so I'll be ready to make my custom 9th Doctor as soon as I get around to buying that head cast from K Dubious. (K.D, I'll get working on arranging the money stuff sometime after New Years.) I figure 9 would be a good way to get to know the clay, as all I really need to sculpt is a fairly generic shirt and some parts around the neck. It'll also give me some sanding experience with figures. |

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/Wb...w1280-h1920-no Got these in the mail today. Both are custom fodder, so I don't care that 12 Regenerated's legs are on backwards. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/N4...w1280-h1920-no |

I don't think you need clay to build a neck, I think you could cut most of Capaldi's head off and glue the 9th head to the neck post. That'd save you the trouble of molding a new one. |

And yeah, that's the idea. I'm using the head from the wave 3 regular version since I'd feel the least guilty for cutting that one up. I'm gonna use the Caretaker head for my War Doctor that I plan to make once the 8th Doctor figure is released. |

Well, I've been working on my 9th Doctor, and I must say, his body is remarkably simple to make. Granted, the shirt sculpt I have him is somewhat crappy(though it IS my first time sculpting), but it still works. I'll share pics of the body once it is all painted and ready. |

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-_...0-p/16%2B-%2B1 I know that I'm posting a lot of pics lately, but this one came out so well, I just had to share it. |
