I used FF and after hitting the checkout button twice and nothing happening I refreshed the page and that sent me through. It seems refreshing the page helped a few others out too so maybe try that if it happens again tomorrow.

For those with the checkout button issue: Did you refresh the page and let it load until when you h-overed it with the mouse it would change color?
I did precisely that and worked for me.
Only thing is I am shipping to a business address but by mistake selected fedex home. Anyone knows if this can be an issue?

Yeah I tried refreshing, even on different windows of Chrome, but the button was effectively dead. On IE when I added the turle set after getting logged in there was a black Update Cart button beside Checkout that wasn't in Chrome that I'm not sure mattered or not. IE worked but it's super slow by comparison.

It never changed color from blue for me, what is it changing to?

Yup, stuck in the check out lane. On phone and PC, nothing would get that sucker to get to the pay page. Sucks. Weill have to give it another shot I guess. But bummed.

On chrome and had the checkout issue and missed the turtles set. I eventually got John Connor though.

This doesn't give me hope for tomorrow or Friday, I'd prefer a timed out screen than a button that seemingly doesn't work.

I prioritized and grabbed the DC/DH sets and Pennywise. Will try for the TMNT tomorrow.

Don't remember the exact color, think it goes darker, but definitely lets you know that you are mouse-overing it.

Was sitting there at exactly 1pm and added the Turtles set as soon as it popped up, but got stuck with the checkout button issue. Extremely frustrating. Here's hoping tomorrow things work more smoothly.

The checkout button froze up for me too but a refresh made it work. This was using Waterfox, which is basically a 64bit version of Firefox.

Got the TMNT Set and DC sets.

Had the same program as a lot of you. I was in there the second everything went live. Turtles and Pennywise showed up before everything else for me. Checkout button wouldn’t respond. Sucks. Guess it wasn’t meant to be for me today.

Luckily I was able to get both the DC vs DH double set, AND the turtles set, which is super surprising. Usually I miss out on these.

I grabbed the DC vs. DH set first, thinking with all the issues NECA had to get these out, that there will probably NOT be a retail release of this set. Turtles on the other hand, I can see getting a Target or Gamestop release in a year or so. So anyways I went for the DC set. Had issues as well with the checkout button not working but just clicked refresh and kept clicking the checkout button till it went through.

After I figured the turtles would be sold out but would check anyways, but boy I was surprised it was still available so I went ahead and purchased that as well.

Spent alot of money yesterday but I am very happy! lol.

Got the Turtles set! I ran into the same problems as yesterday where the checkout button wouldn't work. I refreshed the page a couple of times without any change so I closed my browser and cleared my history. Went back to the Neca Store and sailed through the check out process.

The turtle set sold out in like 3 minutes…

Same deal today, the Check Out button was not working. I was logged in before noon and was refreshing the page every 3-4 seconds. As soon as the TMNT set showed up I clicked "Add to Cart" then went to my cart and clicked check out, nothing ever happened. Tried it on a different browser at 12:02 and was able to click "add to cart" but by the time I was in my cart I got a message saying that there was not enough stock to process my order.

same garbage today and the turtles set was gone in under a minute. I friggin hate that damn site.

I got John Conner yesterday and managed to get the TMNT and DC/DH sets today. I'm so relieved now. Had the same checkout button problem as well, but refreshing it a couple times on my browser fixed it.

Another tip for those trying on day 3 tomorrow - don't even chance it by trying to pay with Paypal because there's just not enough time. What has worked for me every year is to already be logged into my account prior to the sale going up, and have my credit card number copied from the notepad tool to paste into the billing info screen as soon as it comes up. I manage to get in and out of there real fast with the majority of my info already typed up for the order.

I did however get the dc set. I really don’t need them,it was more to see if it would work. It did. I think I’ll keep them.....or trade them for the turtles perhaps....but it seems like different fan bases.

That would be great if I could even get that damn far, their site is a piece of trash.

The turtles set was sold out at 1:02 for me, and then the bundle was sold out next. 1:19 now and John Connor is the only other thing sold out, so I think everything else should be easy to find.

Sure would be nice if the checkout button worked. If it did like last year and I just wasn't fast enough...it wouldn't tick me off as much.

I see the dc sets are still available. Either neca made a ton....which I believe is the case or after years of seeing these fans have moved on.

The turtles...well I hoped the numbers would increase from last year. I guess neca can only make a certain number. They know fans want them...they seem constrained.

John Conner,neca really underestimated the want for him. He will be tough.

Just to say.....I was able to get the turtle and diorama set last year on Friday. With PayPal. I don’t see PayPal taking anymore time than having to fill out a credit card line. Just be logged into PayPal.

I wonder what the feed back on Facebook and Twitter is like.

You don't see Paypal as an option? It's definitely there.
