I really was hoping that I would like this wave of figures. So far, judging from pictures, my "not buying any McFarlane Batman figures" is still in effect. I still want to see the final products in video reviews before I make my final decision on them, though. I guess I just like the films so much that I will give them that final chance. Besides, it is difficult to want to buy figures that have little to no accessories because of a stupid rule. I don't like to reward stupidity if I can help it, lol.

YouTuber JoshFromBefore found a comment from McFarlane Toys confirming that the Bane BAF would have multiple sets of hands. Since it's coming from McFarlane Toys itself, it's more than likely confirmed unless they make some changes at the last second.

Why couldn't they have done that for the megafig? Sigh...

But should he be? Hardy is 3" shorter than Bale. I know they fudged camera angles to make Bane look taller on film but the character was never meant to be DC's Hulk. He was just supposed to be more massive with venom, not taller.

Either way, I'm not sure why Bane needs a BAF when there are others (like "Miranda Tate") who'd make more sense since they're less likely to sell well on their own.
