Well that's... not exactly confidence building...

Has 3A done any 1/6th scaled figures like this before that have a rubber skin? or anything in-general to judge how the Turtles' skins will age?

What should we be seeing next from Playmates after Stockman Fly and Turflytle? Anyone know when?

chaosorc 07-20-2015 03:15 PM

Those two are already out as is karai and the head dropper turtles and bonofrog was on amazon for a bit so he should be in stores soon. Target added 4-5 figures to the online catalog that are not yet for sale it seems.

Sheeit I still ain't even seen Stockman Fly.

RichardC 07-23-2015 06:41 AM

Seen stockman fly and turflytle but no kari

I found Lord Dregg and Mozar today at Walmart in Durham, NC. I still have yet to see Karai, Monkey Brains, Fugitoid, Mondo Gecko, or the Mutant Shredders.

Yoshi 11-30-2015 12:47 PM

Fugitoid and the Mutant Shredders were found at the same store. Still no sign of Karai or Monkey Brains.

I also saw the shiny five pack at Target.

decepticon_mark 11-30-2015 02:46 PM

Seen, Fugitoid,Savage Mikey,Lord Dregg,Triceraton,and Monkey Brains yesterday

Yoshi 12-05-2015 07:55 PM

My daughter and I found Karai, Dark Beaver, Mondo Gecko and Atilla the Frog at TRU in Durham, NC today. There was only one of each. I suspect Monkey Brains had been there, but we just missed him. Savage Mikey was present too, but thankfully I've convinced her we only need one of each turtle.

edit: Also, thank you for letting me know I'm not posting to myself!

decepticon_mark 12-05-2015 08:31 PM

Saw all of those plus Monkey Brains, the mutated Shredders, and Napoleon today at Target. Seems to be the place for new TMNT right now.

RichardC 12-10-2015 09:11 AM

Anyone have a discountcode for the turtle 5 pack?

Exodus 12-10-2015 10:16 AM

Are you guys looking forward to this?

Looks alright but I also enjoyed the last one.

zombombie 12-10-2015 12:30 PM

The first one is not good. That trailer though, looks a lot of fun! Fingers crossed!

juggernaut209 12-10-2015 12:42 PM

The first one was garbage, but it looks like they are letting this one go totally nuts, which I appreciate. If you aren't going to make it "good," at least make it crazy. I'll see it.

And they brought in Beebop adn Rocksteady without really changing how they look.

I really like the casting of Brian Tee as the Shredder, although I'm curious if he is Oroku Saki (somehow mutated younger from the Utroms, since it looks like we may very well be getting the Krang as well) or is it supposed to be Saki's younger brother, Oroku Nagi? Either way, I hope we get a more classic Shredder helmet at some point. The armor looks good so far as is.

Yep. We found Monkey Brains at the Southpoint, Durham, NC Target last night, so we're all caught up again. I'm relieved to not have to search any closer to Christmas.

As much as I love the turtles, so glad I'm not collecting this line...

I am guessing that Shredder is mutated younger. At the end of the first film he falls off the building holding the mutagen canister and you see the final shot of his hand sticking out of the ruble covered in mutagen. But Bebop and Rocksteady look great, very much like their current IDW comic counterparts. And I can almost not believe that is Tyler Perry as Baxter, he looks great. I wonder if we will get Mousers???

I wonder if the mutagen explains how Karai also got younger...and hotter...lol.

It's been a long time since I've seen new figures in this line, but we found Armaggon, Dire Beaver, and human Karai at the Walmart in Durham, NC. There are also new turtle variations.

Tomax 03-07-2017 04:29 PM

dying to get the 80's cartoon version/Playmates but having job issues now, will have to wait. plus from what i learned from here, Jan to Feb is down time for figures.

It's bloody March and I still haven't seen Armaggon or human Karai.
