One way or another we're all going to find out what's been going on. I just hope it's not too late by then.

You know, this speech, about or not about Aliens is extremely good, replace a few words and you can have a global warming speech. It is kind of funny hearing it from some one that isn't American and I don't know why.

That doesn't mean that they are pilotted by aliens, just that they haven't benn identified.

This guy and another guy basically wrote a book about this. They also charge 29.95 to buy the video of this full statement and Q&A session. They are the ONLY 2 guys from that instillation to support this version of events. There is NO record of the supposed 2nd event at another instillation that they use to "back up" their claims. There is another gentleman on record who was actually monitoring the nukes readiness status that night (which was actually his JOB..not the guys claiming what happened)..he concurs that they did go "offline". He refutes any claim that their guidance systems were shut down or any of that. He also maintains while that it was unusual for 10 to go down at the same time..it was common to have them go down intermittently. He states that that night or any time after that there was never any talk of UFOs or any mention of any breech of security protocol.

Now THIS guy isn't making ANY money off of HIS interviews. Boring stories like "nothing happened" don't sell I guess.

So right there we are at an empass. 2 guys claiming this all happened and making money off of it. Other people jumping on board claiming "researched and documented by credible military professionals!!!" Its such a played out scenario ..time and again.

Don't just throw all of your chips in the guys basket that you sooo WANT to believe.

And stop with the National Press Club thing..they have all sorts of rooms for authors of recently published books to hold presentations about their book and Q and A..fiction or otherwise..you have to pay to get in AND pay for them to sign your copy of the books they SELL at the National Press Club.

I am an average guy who was interested in the video..I took an hour to look some stuff up and found some things that are sketchy right off the bat. I am not bagging on anyone ..but look into things..don't be swayed by sensational tag lines added on to give thing extra credence. IE: This is serious business..Kings ..world leaders and scientists speak at The NPCs!! Yeah..so does Stephen King when he has a new scary book published.

I see gullible people that I CARE very much for in fear because of this kind of stuff.

I wish some people wouldnt try so hard to bend ear of others by making these stories sound more official than they actually are. The reliability goes out the window when the story has to be dressed up in lipstick and a wig to make it seem prettier.

..and yes..we all know there are UFOs.. telling us all of the countries that have admitted it is another crutch ..admitting to the existence of UFOs is basically an admittance of nothing. But that fact is glossed over when people decide to use that as more "proof"..because it SOUNDS ominous ..

I think people like to jump to conclusions.

Theres a lot of thought that Aliens helped craft earlier civilizations, or that Aliens built the pyramids. Aliens Burned down Greece or Rome with Greek Fire or Roman Fire(I forget which it belongs too). Or Aliens made Crystal Skulls. Or Aliens dug out the Grand Canyon. Or Aliens gave birth to Rosie O'Donnell
The truth of the matter is no, these were done by Man, except the Grand Canyon of course

I like to think that we are living in the 1960s again, only more technoligically advanced. Everything old is new. Riots are occurying over peoples rights and greed, wars were fought that were wastes of young life, price hikes and free love returns. And with it, those wacky Alien storys of people being abducted or things in the sky. Truth be told, whenever I look at one of those things in the sky, I dont stop and sit there and go "holy shit aliens". I stop and think "What kind of Military or government thing could that be....." Which is what one should do in a situation like that and not jump to conclusions.

Might I also add that in the 1960s, much like today, LSD and Acid are still used frequently by many people, including those with clout in this issue.

One of the big things about Aliens that tells me they havent visited is if they did, they wouldnt be viewing us like some sort of sociologists or somthing. chances are they would either rip us apart in the blink of an eye, or say hi. the whole Alien experimentation Harvesting Farts thing is just urban myth for people getting roofied and sodomized. if Aliens wanted to study us and have the technology to reach our planet, then they could just log into our internet and download all of the internet. Lots of porn there, enjoy your grey fapping.

Why is the Human race so paranoid that it constantly brings up that people are watching us from behind our back? I believe in Aliens, and I'm not saying Aliens havent landed one earth. I'm not an expert on these things. While I have the credentials to go on the History Channel and say whatever I want and they will declair it fact just like everybody else, I am not an expert. but I am saying its more than likely they havent, and more than likely they wont within our lifetime.

So untill Independence Day, or War of the Worlds, or Close Encounters of the Third Kind, or Star Trek First Contact, or Contact, or District 9, or E.T., or Paul happens, I think I'm right in this subject.

Not sure if that reply was really needed man. As I was saying back, he and anyone else can believe if they exist or not. I don't know if I fully believe that all these events happen. I do however believe in the existence of aliens, that are inteligent. I guess I'll save my final verdict until I die, or meet one.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof- and that's lacking in the case of UFO's.

Hell, some jackass recently phoned the police- seriously worried- that there was a giant glowing UFO in his back yard.

And even if they did people still wouldn't believe it. What's the point in showing extraoridinary proof to people who won't even take a serious look at that proof to see if it's fake or not. There has been many objective scientists who have investigated these extraordinary claims and have found some very interesting results, but still people dismiss it because bottomline they are too afraid to admit there are some truth to these claims. I'm not saying believe everything, but you can only say it's fake or this person is lying so many times with soooo much evidence out there to support those claims.

btw, everything I said on this forum can be looked up by anyone. Find out for yourself, and don't just dismiss proof just because you don't want it to be true. I'm a science major, you have to record all the results of an experiment even if you don't agree with it.

There is certainly unexplainied visual phenomena in the air from time to time- or at least not readily explained by the observers- but that does not equal "aliens".

Proof needs to be objective- no personal beliefs or theories can be taken as proof- any more than belief in angels or whatever can.

Can't this statement be applied to any number of things a percentage of the population believes in while the other percentage does not?
