That's the one from the two pack with He-Man. The base is from a Marvel Select Bizarro figure I have.

That is an awesome figure, but why is his cape attached on his bare skin and not his costume?

Oh, and here is a shot I just took of my Darth Vader, he is epic. It was released by Hasbro (probably the best 12 in. Star Wars figure they ever produced), though the talking part is no longer functional.
