Spiderman should always be as bendy as possible, the absence of hinge swivel wrists, rocker ankles, neck ball/hinge post, and thigh swivels kills me.

Why should Dr.Strange be more poseable than Spidey?

Preach it!

And that looks a bit too bulky for Miles

Normally i'd agree but keep in mind this is supposed to be a smaller figure frankensteined from the Bucky mold.

The new mold Spider-Man (Future Foundation) in Wave 19 has all the articulation bells and whistles.

still waiting for a Spidey with AT LEAST doctor strange articulation, but i'll probably pick this one up...if i ever see it..

3 Walmarts, 2 Targets a Kmart and a TRU in my area..and no MU figures to be found...

Robogeek28 04-19-2012 07:28 PM

Spiderman is gonna be in two waves in a row?

Ugh.

mikefavata 04-19-2012 07:29 PM

And i've got a feeling finding a FF Spider-Man with a perfect paintjob will be a nightmare. So many lines!

mikefavata 04-19-2012 07:30 PM

Jerzey, where in Florida? I'm in Northern PBC.

This is Hasbro, they'll be the ones doing the paint custom with the classic colors. Gotta make $ off those molds! :D

Hasbro wouldn't have it any other way, lol.

dark spiderman mold??? This has all the articulation..but too big to be spiderman. All they need is to to do is use the spidey from the captain brit comic pack and add rocker ankles and dr strange hands..imo

Cool, 'm in Fort Lauderdale, we should meet in the middle some day. Do some hunting!

mikefavata 04-19-2012 07:36 PM

I hear that! I go down South for Tates & Florida Super Comics (PPF South) on occasion.

You goin' to Supercon?

being so simple you'd think it'd be done already, if Hasbro wants to release a spidey every wave, at least make it worth while!

mikefavata 04-19-2012 07:41 PM

June 29th - July 2nd at the Miami Airport Convention Center.

Totally agree with you. They've gotten a lot of mileage out of that Spiderman mold. I think it's time they went the extra mile and did Spiderman right.

God only knows how many more will show up in the Marvel Universe. IF it's good enough, they can reuse it in other lines as well as with other characters that are like sized.

Also, they should include a ab crunch!!!

If ToyBiz/Showdown figs can do it, I would think Hasbro should too.

I want a Spidey that can do this pose:

I can see MU going towards a DCUC route, where most characters are based off of the same handful of bodies with different heads/accessories. As long as it's the DD/Bullseye/Cyclop mold for regular folks, I'm ok with that.

FrankCastle 04-19-2012 07:59 PM

Jealous for you 3.75 collectors that you are first to get Miles. Hopefully it will make it to the 6" line as well

Never utter that phrase again, lol.

I find DC to be too homogenized for my taste, the CnC's are the biggest draw for me, although I will admit they kill Marvel Legends in the female headsculpt department..

jaybird7072 04-19-2012 08:14 PM

there is a 6inch one coming out

LORD MARVEL 04-19-2012 08:25 PM

regardless what mold or features alot of us will upgrade are MU's to are likings. if its paint, different legs, hands, weapons we are never happy..lol
