I don't really do diarama's but I notice when a figure seems shorter than the rest. For instance, does any one else think that Marvel's Patriot is smaller than most figures with a similar sculpt?

Other things I bought because they were rare or looked cool in the packaging, but all they do is collect dust.

When it comes time to sell off the collection, though, the MOC stuff will be the first to go.

Please pm when/if that day comes.

I love the card art too, its one of the first reasons I took such a strong liking to the line.

see I started collecting loose then went to mostly MOC,now its a mix, what is it about collecting loose vs. MOC that you like?the thing that always holds me back from opening is that certain figure that looks so cool on card, its almost like you have to open it as soon as you buy it,otherwise it gets harder to open.

I enjoy collecting loose for many reasons. Primarily to be able to pose, display, and transport with ease. Less occupied space. Especially w a 10 y.o. and a baby on the way... I'm able to enjoy them w my children.

I remember when I was an MOC collector it was more about 'having toys.'

My first sons due date is 32 days from now and I've thought about what I should do. I won't really have as much time to search all weekend like I do, but I can still order online and trade relatively easily. But more on topic. I've decided I should not trade anything loose cuz he's on the way and I kept xmen figures in the 90's in the package when I was like ~11 so hopefully he will learn to appreciate my MOC collection.

Plus when you collect MOC and the card accidentally gets fubar'ed you feel totally deflated, and the figure is "worthless" in the respect that you don't open them, yet the card is sub-par.

I barely make it out of the parking lot anymore before I go tasmanian devil on the packaging......

My bro-in-law's cousin named his son Charles Xavier. Maybe Carlos Xavier, can't remember. We thought about naming our kid Marvel or Logan it was a boy but having a daughter we named her Rina. Anyone know where that's from? :)

I'll most likely keep mine MOC ... or at least until I'm able to set up dios in my Man Cave. Until then, he'll look super pimp on card next to Warbird's fine @ss.
