When I found the Homer they had 5 at once, they were at my grocery store.

Yeah, the unpredictable nature of their availability and distribution and is one thing that drives me crazy about collecting Hot Wheels.
A friend of mine a couple states over has been looking everywhere for the James Bond Lotus (the basic one, not even the hard to find Retro Entertainment submarine version), meanwhile I spot multiples of that one every time I go hunting for Hot Wheels.

Yes, I'm actually a bit surprised by how many of the Bond Aston Martins are popping up because I thought it would've been way more sought after. I think the only Hot Wheel I got that then actually disappeared for a long time was when they did the Mars rover Curiosity in 2012, almost every other difficult one shows up quite a bit after I finally find it. The Flintstone's mobile was also elusive, only ever found the one.

I got really lucky with the 2012 Rover and spotted a cluster of them at Wal-Mart once, and then spotted the occasional random single at other Wal-Marts. Same scenario with the 2014 Rover, but if memory serves, I saw that one less frequently.

I saw the first Flintmobile, the more colorful version, only once, but regrettably passed on it :( . I did, however, buy the more neutral colored one, but it sure would be nice to have the other to go with it.

I had more trouble finding snoopy than anything. Finally found 2 a month or so ago.

When I finally found Snoopy they had 8 at once at my Walmart, then my Target had two, and my HEB got one. It was crazy.

From the looks of it, the majority of the "Tooned" sub-category of the 2015 Hot Wheels line will be re-releases.
That's great for the many who haven't found Snoopy, The Homer, or the Jetson's pod car, but for those of us who already have those, we only have the Simpsons' sedan (or station wagon, I haven't seen any confirmation of which we're getting) and an unannounced new vehicle to potentially look forward to.

Same with the Batmobiles. I think it's great that a Batmobile sub-line has pretty much become a given with Hot Wheels, but this year they're all re-releases except for the new Arkham Knights Batmobile.

Just received my Chinabay 3.75" Robocop!

I'm a little bit disappointed since he's more Injustice than Joe-MU in terms of scaling, but it's gonna be a nice display piece nonetheless

Well it didn't take long, decided to get the other figures from the Toy Story that Time Forgot line. :) Just need to get Trixie now...Also got these Spongebob Imaginext figures. Have not bought anything from Imaginext for myself before, but have for my little nephew. I have to admit, they make some cool little figs!

Exo Squad.....YES! Now that is a toy line that could definitely use a reboot, especially with the popularity (disputed of course) of 3.75" figures. They were all fantastic!

Picked up Thundercracker today on the way home from work. Please Hasbro, DO NOT make Skywarp into some stupid SDCC or overseas exclusive like you always tend to. Why can't we ever get all three of the original seekers together painlessly?...

Can't wait to get into the Injustice Batman, that thing looks amazing even in packaging! And Luigi to go with Mario! Really want the play set to go with him.

WOOOOO! I finally got my TIE pilot!
http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/a...pstqvsqlbj.jpg
I really like how this one came out, like every armored character he actually looks like the spitting image of what we saw in the movie. As opposed to those human faced figures with less than great sculpts which passingly have likeness. These helmet heads though look totally great so far, keep 'em coming Hasbro.

Oh and see, he does have a usable TIE fighter to pilot...
http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/a...psx24o7sbx.jpg
... it's just like, you know, the big wheel kiddy version or something.
