A little bit disappointed that it wasn't Dracula but nevertheless, we have a freaking Quasar now!!!

That should definitely be remolded to be Dracula. The headsculpt even looks to be designed for Dracula, as it looks too menacing and angular to be Quasar.

Not that I am aware of....

Quasar, looks pretty badass! I think more wanted him than Vlad the Impaler anyway, besides he is almost there already. Easy make for those wanting him. I kinda wanted Dracula but knew I would have to get another Blade again and at some point I would have to army build some vamps. So by him not being Count Chocula that saved me £80 or so.


I am not a big Cosmic fan either. Although he fits into the Agengers well enough. Just not that outfit.We try to have no figures of characters created or dressed after the year 2000 but sometimes we do.

The lad says as he points to Quasar "He is cool, the others are ok, she looks goofy."

I'd rather have the 90s Midnight Sons version of Morbius but I'll take what I can get. Hopefully I'll be able to actually find him.

Looking at the whole wave...Definitely getting Hydro Man and Morbius, but Rogue and Quasar are easy passes for me.

Aside from the costume problems with Quasar and Rogue, thats a pretty solid wave right there

What's the problem with Quasar's costume? Or do you just mean the head sculpt? Because otherwise that's a pretty good representation of his post-War of Kings/Cancerverse-era costume.

Dont get me wrong, I like the design a lot but the head sculpt is the only problem to me and I'm not a Cosmic Marvel fan so much, but im happy that all of you guys get this figure made

Yeah if they don't reuse Quasar's head as Dracula then they just goofed on making Quasar's head. Quasar is supposed to be like somewhere in his twenties I thought. I might get him, love me some DnA cosmic that stuff was heavy duty sci-fi. I wonder if anyone will make a custom of when Nova was Quasar for like an issue and a half. Half of this wave just has totally messed up hair.

*snicker* Heck, the costume details would be a little wrong but swap Hydro-Man's head onto Quasar's body, lose the shoulder pads and you've pretty much got that right there. :D

Anyone know if Hasbro confirm the release date of the 2 packs?

Rougue is a reuse of the Shanna Buck with new Boot and Glove Cuffs, Hydro-Man is an older buck design, but has the new style shoulders where you can see where the peg is inserted?, and Morbious is a generic buck with a collar and cape most likely glued on....

I have no issues with Quasar my guess on the head design is they didn't want it to look like Thor or Adam Warlock without the gem so they freestyled something just different enough.

All that being said I am really looking forward to getting this wave, but since it is Wave 3 we will likely not be getting it until December or later as we are still waiting for 2015 Wave 3 to hit retail. (I got mine from HTS, but I would rather they hit retail first...)

Morbius is a pass for me. Though I might bite so that he can go with Blade and my Ghost Riders on the shelf.

Quasar is a must get. Definitely see that head getting reused for Dracula later. Though that costume does scream Martyr a bit too much, but I hope we still get her later too for the GOTG collection. I could easily see them doing a Quasar Nova and Steve Rogers Nova for a comic-con exclusive. Especially in a GOTG movie year.

Hydroman is my least favorite character, but this design makes him an easy get. Makes me want a Silver Sable too to go with him.

Rogue is a get, but she's going to need a new head, and I guess I'll stock up on green cloth to make her cloak to go with it too. Love the costume, hate the hair style. I was really hoping it was going to be modern Storm with the mohawk. That's actually got me tempted to find the old secret wars storm and get the single carded storm to swap their heads.

This is a perfect past and present Marvel figure slate. Curious what wave 4 will have now. I hope we have some more moderns thrown in with some classics. I'm still heavily leaning on wanting All-New Wolverine, America Chavez, Sister Grimm, and Kate Bishop Hawkeye.

Wait, Steve Rogers is a Nova?

At the beginning of Secret Avengers when Nova was a member he was possessed by the serpent crown and Worldmind made Steve an emergency Nova to stop possessed Rich. Rich then left the team to go deal with the cancerverse emergency where he died. I'm still upset that instead of bringing him back when there was an opportunity that Bendis just wrote some BS that took away from the idea of him sacrificing himself to stop Thanos.

Same here HTS always comes through and cheaper too with their discount codes. Who knows if BNM retail will actually get these though, I've seen them skip waves or either that they just get bought up real quick and then get replaced by the latest wave.

Considering the green over spray on one of her legs, I'd say molded pieces with the limb. Otherwise they'd have probably been painted separately or molded in that color so the over spray wouldn't have happened.

Quasar -Ok I guess. I would prefer a 90's headband, Short sleeve, version. Long shot for them to make another Quasar. This one is serviceable. His head a bit scary. I can see these parts being reused for Dracula.

Rogue - Boots would be nice for a Silver Sable. The Cock Head was a big mistake. I really wanted a modern version.

Hydro Man - Looks like an updated Frightful Four version. If they make a Wizard this figure is a win. I would prefer classic version.

Morbius - Hate the buck. Other than that he's fine.

The best thing about this wave is the random character choices. It gives me hope that any character can be put in production.

i have been waiting for a morbius and different rogue for yeeeears, and im offered this....typhoon of lame...maybe they will retool them a bit i dunno....but that black cat was a travesty too
