I would love both.

Got my Multiverse Arkham Knight Robin and Batman. Both look great but off course Robin is my favourite. One question besides Gambit staff what are you guys using for Robin?

I've only seen a little bit of the show, and even I would consider getting both. That said, I would at least get a normal version if they actually made him.

The wait till Toy Fair is going to be a difficult one.

Sweet. I got that stick somewhere. Now for future thoughts if night wing comes with out his escrima sticks what's a good stand in for them?

I can't think of anyone besides Shaq that would want his version steel in action figure form. I remember getting 5different figs of him for my birthday that year. Sadly his gear was given to gijoes and he was a villainous arms/drug maker that usually got beaten by the xmen. My favorite time was rogue slamming a ninja turtles van on him.

I would like a Shaq Steel for 3.75 scale. Of course, not before the real deal Steel... I just have a weird affinity for the obscure and unliked versions of characters. Hell I'd buy a Halle Berry Catwoman in 3.75.

You sir are a monster. 😁

Poison Shadow 10-16-2014 04:03 PM

Puny hammer (which might not be included anyway) and lack of Superman symbol aside, I don't think the movie Steel would make for a bad action figure. Especially at 3.75" scale. I just don't think it would be anyone's first choice.

I'm hoping for the AC Red Robin to get made in action figure form, personally. Clearly the whole wave isn't going to be entirely made up of alternate costumes, though, since AO Deathstroke is there. But there's still hope!

Maverick 10-16-2014 04:55 PM

Good heads up on the robin. Save me time and gas looking for him.

I would buy a figure of her Catwoman too. The movie was bad, but she still looked good.

I'm just wondering if adding in these randome figures is their attempt to try and stretch out what would have been two waves of Arkham stuff to spread out till the games new release. I realize they kinda got screwed by the game being delayed, but... I really don't want the next several waves to be all Arkham stuff. Though sadly it's more about not wanting to hear my ffiends rant about the line, then it is about Mattel releasing figures that I would actually want to get.

Riddler is up for pre-order at some sites. I would expect 66, BB, and DS would be the first four with two in the .5 wave. Given the rest of the wave I would expect two more game related figures.

I'm thinking either New 52 or first appearance batman. Not sure about number 6

redx24 10-16-2014 05:51 PM

I could use a new Gordon figure. So if they are just making figures to fill in till the games release I hope he's one that gets thru.

I didn't know about Riddler. I take it he's based on his Arkham design? Looks like this next wave might end-up all stuff that wasn't shown off at SDCC. Meaning that instead of two solid waves of Arkham figures, we've got at least three to look forward to (including the one out now).

A new 52 Batman would be great, but I'll be surprised if we get any comic based figures in this line at all. Mattel doesn't seem to think that there is a market for them anymore. Arkham is their new baby. Hell, even the '66 and Beyond figures are said to be based on the Arkham skins.

I just hope that they have at least one wave's worth of non-Arkham figures ready to announce durring Toy Fair. Arrow, more old live-action DC... just... something...

eva00kai 10-16-2014 06:24 PM

Still hoping for a couple waves of Arrow/Flash figures. Arrow, arsenal, deathstroke, merlyn, flash, canary... Id be happy with those
