D'oh, Boy Blunder beat me too it. BTW great score Boy Blunder! |
I like Psylockes costume/armor from the outback era... I'd love to have a figure of that but not before her ninja update.

it's convoluted, and I honestly wish they had not done the retcon of a body swap. It just made things more confusing than they needed to be later on. Transformation through the Body Shoppe would have been simple enough. I've also thought about trying my hand at a Armored Psylocke, most likely using a DC Raven figure as the base, but I'm pretty sure it's far beyond my customizing skills. |

I think that was one of the big things with me dropping current Marvel (or well, all but one title anyways). The last straw was the Magneto not being Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's father. I know, that was original a retcon itself, but it provided such a wealth of character development, that still happened but doesn't make sense how, all because of corporate pettiness. |
I'm really torn. I need to downsize my collection. When I look through the displays I can't find one group I want to part with. Maybe MCU if anything. Ughh this sucks. X-Men are staying no matter what.

So i'm curious how's everyone doing with find both the giant man wave and the X-men wave ?? While both are starting to turn up around my way, i can never find deadpool, wolverine and nick fury....
I've already heard people are experiencing this with deadpool, but what about Fury and wolverine, oh and also Panther. While i have BP these figures seem to disappear the most around my way. |

Cable and Rogue are also snatched up quickly, followed by Phoenix - Kitty, Havok, and Iceman seem to be the least favorites, despite the added bonus of Onslaught's standard head being included with Kitty. As for the GM wave, the weirdest shortage by far is the lack of Iron Man figures I've seen on the pegs. Wasn't he double-packed along with Cap in the initial releases, before the double-BP revision cases? Also, while I haven't checked out the other local Walmarts lately, my closest one doesn't have the nifty display a lot of people are seeing, with the exclusive Falcon and Bucky figures. Incidentally, I've seen some of the Spider-Man Spaceknight Venom wave in stores - a full case this morning at TRU, and a random Peter at, of all places, K-Mart. Incredibly weird. |

Im kinda let down with fury. The ones i found are all loose and ever neck joint lolls back n forth with the agent head on and most have the loose hips bar syndrome and have trouble standing proper. Makes me leary about picking up others from that wave, but i may have to so i can finish my giant man. Just hate i have to buy yet another cap. Dont mind iron man as i got rid of the thanos one.

you could try the floor wax/polish method i guess.... |
For those who are not seeing Punisher in your walgreens, check around various ends of shelves, not even near toy section. There were naught but Daredevil and Black Ant in the toy area and then over near the holiday items they had a shelf end display (not an end cap this was actually attached to the shelves, weirdest display ever) of Namor and Punisher. I did not pick any extra up because as with all Walgreens exclusives, eventually he will be easy enough for everyone to find. It just requires patience.

I've definitely seen remnants of it in most places, usually in the form of a lone Havok and/or Phoenix sitting on a peg, but they've been mostly wiped clean from places. They're hitting but you're gonna have to fight tooth and nail for 'em. Me personally, I would just save myself the headache and prioritize getting the entirety of these X-Men waves via online retailers. I still haven't sighted any Giant-Man figures outside of Cap and Iron-Man. Also, is it just me or is Target becoming absolute garbage for finding any recent Legends? I haven't seen anything more recent than the Hobgoblin and Hulkbuster waves from them, outside of that War Machine/Disco Armor 2-pack. |
I only need 1 arm and 1 leg for onslaught, tempted to do giant man by I don't want the figures
