I got the Cap and Skull figures from the movie line on clearance a few weeks ago, then had an idea last night and opened them, then went to Walmart and got the last Skull they had. Might look around for 1 or 2 more.

Should be pretty easy. I've got one and it's a soft plastic.Razor blade should work. I've seen several customs where people removed the wings and added them to a back pack to be more screen accurate.
