LOL Where are my manners? I'm on it. Being a fan, an unimpressed Shaq is all I need for motivation. ;) It'll be up tomorrow morning. It takes Photobucket roughly 8hrs to process my tweaks...it can never just be a no-frills pic, right? lol

Thank you, Dark. I liked that one too. I'm very excited to have this wave. I get why so many people are on the fence with three Strange figs and and 4 of the 9 offerings being re-issues...but these figs are dope, dude (Dr Strange fandom aside)! I'm tempted to do a review since most won't be buying this whole wave. However, that's not really my style. I have never really frequented reviews, myself. I have a pretty good eye and if I see a quality pic or two, I can determine everything I need to know regarding purchase.

I really wasn't planning on keeping the Iron Skull figure...

Then I got him in hand and had an idea to fix his silly hands with those cumbersome (and from a toy perspective flat out stupid) hand-guards.
(I used the hands from a War Machine from a few years back)

I quite like him somehow, and still find the idea of him successfully stealing and modding an Iron Man armour more plausible (and enjoyable) than him "stealing" a dead Xavier's brain and thereby gaining telepathy...

That really ranks high up in my personal shittiest story list.
(Spidey being denied character progression by discarding MJ, and Wanda and Pietro not being Magneto's children are up there as well)

This figure is the equivalent of a BAD, yet GOOD B-Movie.
it's really not good, yet has some quirky/redeeming quality that makes it desirable. i just don't use that particular head with it.

So, She-Hulk is now starring in a solo Hulk title, I wonder what if this means anything for her getting a new figure?

Edit: Also...I just finished getting the background info on all of the members of the Ultimates - stories thus far, powers (Miss America, specifically), etc - and you were right, they are extremely potent. Once I've gathered any available trades, it will be interesting to see how this Thanos thing shakes out and how the team develops. The writer just needs to take that Dr. Venture "speed-suit" (lol) off of Adam, give him back his old costume, and we are good to go!

First thing I said was: "that's some proper posing with the enchantress feet being all heeled and wonky!"
The first thing my daughter said (sitting next to me) was: "cool Enchantress shadow!"

The throw-in was well deserved Blue Marvel!

Loving this Deadpool pose, nicely done!

She does look great! The heels, which usually annoy me to no end, actually work well with her. The heels give her a statuesque look that is more appropriate for her than say Wanda, or Felicia. Amora being a goddess and all...

It does have a 'creepy' factor to it...I didn't expect to like it, but it really is cool. In some ways, I like it better than comic Astral Strange.

the other head that came with it....to me it matches the look a bit better...

Found the entire wave at Toys R Us but I really only wanted Mordo and Voodoo but decided to get Nico, Iron Fist, and Enchantress even though I already have the SDCC one.

No, prob. If I were going to go for just one, I'd probably opt for the single release X-force Wolvie.

Toys R' Us. They've hit in CT, which usually means the whole tri-state: NY/NJ/CT. I was able to find the whole wave on the pegs, but I didn't see any others. Went to a TRU near me, on a lark, not expecting to find them and sure enough, the whole wave was there. All great paints too, except Jericho. He has some chipped paint on his nose. I may have to get another, on the cheap, when he drops to $5-$10 bucks in a few months.

and being as though i was all caught up with figs (something to be said for that)...i really haven't been in any toy stores lately...(except for walmart which ya go into for everydamn thing)...
i did order them...but that wont stop me from seeing if a store has em first..
it's nice knowing my hunt is now a 'choice'....

Oh right! Although he did have me wondering how he would fit his big red gnarly noggin' inside that helmet.
I think I need to see his face for the moment, to sort of ease me into the whole Iron Skull thing. Although I do like the added option of the helmet for future set-ups.

Marvel has lost their minds. Which is ashamed. I love reading the comics from 60-80's and even some early 90's. After that forget it. I tried to get back into in over the last year reading multiple titles for about 10 issues or so. All of them, garbage.

The only ones I've stuck with since the ANADM relaunch are All-New Wolverine, Extraordinary X-Men, Ms. Marvel, A-Force and All-New Avengers. I was still enjoying Ultimates, but had to trim it due to comics budget concerns.

At least Champions looks like it might be a bit of fun, but we'll see. The rest of Marvel's current crop's just not keeping my interest beyond a cursory glance. She-Hulk's new turn is not looking to change that.
