Never seen this one before, thanks for identifying! Now thinking if i should get it or not :)

The scarlet spider that was shown on Toyfair last year seems to have been dropped. :(

My eBay haul just arrived... Might have gone a little overboard this time ;)

If so, that's a shame. His two-pack buddy's head and ankle-pivoted lower legs would've made for good part swaps(though not for me. I'm content with the Ultra poseable Amazing Spider-man figure).

I wish I could have enough carded MUs to dive in them, Scrooge McDuck style. But I feel guilty about keeping figures that way. Always feels like a waste of a perfectly good figure.

I don't have a lot of carded figures but it's a struggle to figure out which to open. Especially when it comes to the rare expensive ones. That's where the struggle is real.

Indeed was tempted to get doubles of them but my TF collection got in a way of that haha ah well it's ok. The card art looks great on these guys.

QUESTION: is that black panther in this new wave a new buck?

there is no such thing as overboard...BUY TILL YOU DIE...
nothing is as important as toys...NOT RENT, NOT YOUR JOB, NOT FOOD...just BUY BUY BUY... as long as you have toys you will always be happy..Mwah-hahahahahaaaa...

ukmu 01-28-2016 01:57 PM

I secretly LOVE opening rare and or expensive figures! Tearing into a fresh taco truck, Vision or a Maria Hill is a wonderful thing.

It's just a repaint of the TRU light up base Black Panther.

I watched this documentary about Heather Langenkamp who played Nancy in the first Nightmare on Elm Street movie and there was this pretty damn funny part where she bought this really expensive Freddy figure and proceeded to open it by ripping the box apart while she was still in the line with all these collectors watching like

Not dropped at all but put into a future comic pack. TBD

i'm GLAD you just told me that..because that particular BP(from TRU) is the only one that I own..so that's TWO figures in this line i dont' need..BP and jerkoff spiderman with no spider on his chest.

Would you ship loose to the UK? I need them all except the mk1 ironman

samsson37 01-29-2016 11:46 AM

I like the captain marvel and ulik.
Joe collecting has got me a bit behind.
I have to still grab Emma and northstar.
But def want marvel and ulik first

UrsaMagnus 01-29-2016 12:14 PM

Ulik does look pretty nice, but I freely admit I wish they would have continued some of the green paint onto his upper legs/thighs. As it is it looks like he's wearing a really small, really tight speedo. Oy.

Autobot_Goldbug 01-29-2016 08:09 PM

That Abomination mold can easily be used to make a Ch'od.

Anyone ever deal with Angel Forge? They have a couple of casts I really like.

ukmu 01-29-2016 10:00 PM

Their stuff looks nice Jay! I've heard mixed reviews but I'm curious to hear from someone directly.

Funny story En Sabah. I don't even keep the boxes or cards. My super power is being able to open a figure in under five seconds always. I am a savage!

Two thumbs up for Ulik's outfit!
