Magnus is correct. There's a modern head and vintage head. I think we all have different interpretations of what a "variant" is when it comes to these things, but both Robins share the same wave/figure number, so for me, it's a variant. Modern head (hair parted to side) is more the classic looking Robin (for me), but for some reason most of that version came with Frankenstein legs.. meaning some of the leg pieces used from are a different shade. It never really bothered me, but you can see in this picture. Keep in mind that photos really bring out colors, so they don't look this bad in person. And quality issues are more common than $2 bills with DCUC.

D00mtron, be careful with his ankles. If they don't move very well, slowly break them in. A lot come stuck, and people break them trying to pose him, but once you get those ankles working he has some sick range,.. very poseable.

My latest DC Batman series Joker has that same color problem. His Coat arms and upper body are a different color purple than his lower legs. It was hard to see in the package but when I got it out I was like WTF $15 for this pos lol. Now that's a QC prob in my book.

DCUC Wave 10 Batman, you gotta love it. I might be getting the Keaton Hot Toys figure eventually, but that depends on if it ever goes lower than a billion dollars on eBay.

I do have the Hot Toys Batman, Joker, and Two face from Dark Knight, so that will keep me content for quite some time.

My comic shop has...nothing =D, and are slowly going out of business. But my small town of Drunken Duncan don't have people like me =3.
