Have a look at a star wars geneocian warrior. dont know how you spell it but its the insect type aliens from the attack of the clones movie. i think you will find them quite good!

Jason Abbadon 05-06-2012 06:09 AM

Bucky rocks- I need to find another so I can re-make Nightcrawler in the proper size.

Veronica, that sleeveless Sue looks great! It's not like she needs arm protection when she can make forcefields!

What happened to mu are we all just sitting around thinkin the same thing has it been cancelled all the stores look empty in my area I haven't seen a new wave since December 5 months of no new figures there was a few two packs released but I never seen them just heard about it is hasbro just sending out there stock of left over mu to retail and than planning to drop the line? Here is my evidence according to hasbro schedule we should already be on wave 3 for this year next hasbro fires one of the lead designers Dave vonner if not the head designer that should say something right there .... I know, I know all this really could mean nothin but there is something going on at hasbro and I hope they don't drop MU because that would just f**king SUCK!!!

I understand your frustration but this is like running up into the avengers movie and yelling fire. I would use this time to save your money up for whatever is next or go back and grab some you missed or might have said not this time to and be patient. We have seen some of the figures and they look incredible so until an official announcement has been made don't worry. Worry takes years off your life and that means you would miss out on the waves that would release after you die and you don't want that now do you :)

Argh, now I have to go back to TRU to get one lol.

I thought the IM2 line had a great lineup of the war machine figures. The movie one looks awesome, comic one is great with the blast effects, and the modern one looks great too.

Yeah- that's the shit, right there.
I was thinking of swapping the lower legs wih a repainted Steve Rogers for the ankle swivel but they are too big.

'sokay- he kicks butt as is! The Captain Britian CP Spidey is equally badass- spray some dullcoat on him so he looks like he's got cloth on instead of plastic shine and stick him to a wall with quakehold- looks badass.
Mine is casually sitting above a shelf- his feet and butt attached to the wall with Quakehold...I just need to make him an in-scale Daily Bugle to read.
Maybe a Gameboy.

Anyone know of any 1:18th scale beer mugs? My Guardians of the Galaxy need beer to function as a team (if you read the series you knw how true this is).
http://i.annihil.us/u/prod/marvel/i/...288/detail.jpg
The team taht gets into regular drunken bar fights with all of marvel's ailen species is the team dearest to my heart.

Yeah!! Shout out to Quakehold!!!

I 2nd the notion for 1:18 scale beer mugs.

TheLongestDay 05-06-2012 02:10 PM

I just watched it for the 4th time.....lol :D

miketime 05-06-2012 03:50 PM

Just got back from seeing it. A lot of great moments. Can't wait to watch it at home when it's released. I think I'm getting old because all the package crackling, seat kicking, cell phones going off, and out loud comments really ruins the experience for me and I was at a nicer theater.

Do we have a place where we can talk about the movie with out spoiling it for others? I'd really like to hear other's thoughts on the ending.

This is the downside of theaters I to prefer to watch at home on my 50inch with surround sound can't wait for the blu ray

Yes, that's exactly what we're referring to. The movie version just happens to be comic accurate.

I find that for a movie like this having the crowd makes it better. A theater full of people reacting to the movie is a great part of the movie experience. I don't mind the sounds of popcorn and stuff but if anyone is using their cell phone or talking too loud they should get a slap or at the very least yelled at. I don't know how many times I've turned around and told someone to shut up or hang up their phone early in a movie. Nine times out ten that solves it for the rest of the movie.

SH0CKWAVE 05-06-2012 04:32 PM

The Avengers is a fantastic flick to watch in the theater. I got the chills a few times when all us geeks reacted to the same moments during the movie! Such camaraderie. I felt at home w all those strangers in the audience.

WalkingDeadpool 05-06-2012 04:47 PM

Wow just saw the movie....still need to process everything..and see it at least 2more times:-)

Some general appreciation, Death mask archangel's in there, with my other guys make cameos from behind.

I threw on some skulls for him to make him creepier, or cooler. Or he's secretly a huge Dhalism fan.

Rattrap Primal 05-06-2012 07:31 PM

They're not releasing the 2012 figures till probably after Avengers and Amazing Spider-Man have run their course (so maybe later this month or July) just relax and use the time to track down earlier figures

It looks amazing, is that a model kit? If so which one, sorry for the derailing of the thread but if I can make that into Tallgeese I I will be so damn happy.
