If you want, I'd be happy to dremel and paint the Alfred head for you, if you purchase it and pay for shipping.

Looks like a Harley Quinn figure has hit E-bay. Saw a link on another site, but can't find it now.

JangonateTK421 11-08-2014 06:16 PM

Found this one: DC Comics Multiverse Arkham Knight Harley Quinn Action Figure 4 034 | eBay

redfox 11-08-2014 06:51 PM

Yep, that's it. Wish she had better articulation on the arms. Gotta love the mallet, though!

I see two vendors are selling her for $25 to $30 on Amazon.

This suggests she could appear in stores sometime this month. I'm going to check out Target tomorrow, but on Tuesday or later this week she could be there.

Ravenxl7 11-08-2014 11:41 PM

Maybe she's the last figure in the wave that's out now? It has seemed odd that there have only been five so-far. I kinda want to get her, but I might try and wait for the Date Night 4-pack. Especially since we don't know if AC Catwoman will be available any other way.

I just picked up Joker off eBay. Black Mask and Joker are also available on amazon. If Harley had better articulation, I would have shelled out more money to pick her up early, but now I just have to consider which other figure gets destroyed so Harley can bend and swivel her elbows.

Interesting. I didn't know that any other yet-to-be-released figures were popping up on Ebay. We might get that next wave before the end of the year after-all.

Elbows would have been nice, but I think she's stil worth getting. She can be part of my version of a theoretical Arkham-verse Suicide Squad.

Yes, I will get her. I'm just not going to pay $24.99 plus shipping and then pay to gut another figure on top of that.

redx24 11-09-2014 12:43 PM

I got the entire last wave in a single Walmart trip so I'll wait and look at the pics the rest of u post.

uberlad 11-09-2014 12:44 PM

That black mask looks great! I doubt he'll hang around pegs long.

uberlad 11-09-2014 12:49 PM

Just saw Superman and Catwoman on amazon each for 10.99 with free prime shipping if anybody's still looking.

eva00kai 11-09-2014 02:28 PM

I wonder if joker, harley and black mask will be with deathstroke, batman beyond, and batman 66

I'm just going to wait for the 4 pack. All the ones I need in one swoop.

Would it kill them to give these figures a couple accessories?.. I mean some of them have one.. But robin without his staff? Deadshot, an assassin, without a single weapon? Red hood without a single gun? And now Harley, who does come with an accessory, but no elbows? Come on. An $11 figure without elbows? This isn't something like ankles or wrists, which should now be standard.. But no elbows?!.. Honestly. How can they market something like this to a collector?

Remember, this is Mattel you're talking about.

We're lucky most of these have swivel joints and decent articulation at all. Typically with their mainline releases, it's either elbows or knees if we're lucky at all in this scale. Rarely both let alone swivel joints. (Man of Steel, Batman, Green Lantern. Etc.)

Ravenxl7 11-10-2014 08:58 PM

I think Harley's lack of elbows has more to do with how skinny her arms are, than it does with Mattel being stingy. I imagine any embow joints she would have would likely end-up very weak and loose. It might be better that she doesn't have any.

vindowviper 11-10-2014 09:32 PM

I'm sure I can find existing skinny arms somewhere that will make a suitable replacement mod. If an Aurra Sing figure can have articulated elbows, then so can Harley Quinn. The new Luke Skywalker arms might work, if they weren't so ugly. Now that I think about it, just about any of the new female Marvel Universe figures might work.

Was a picture posted of Deathstroke? I hadn't seen one and Deathstroke will piss me off if he jas nothing. Black Mask has a spare mask that probably can clip on Joker, but a staff? No.

No staffs. Staffs are dangerous weapons and we don't want the kiddies to get staff fever and become deadly mercs wielding staffs. But homicidial maniac with a mask is OK because mask are fun. Sorry just had to act silly. But I agree sometime the lack of an accessories make little sense to as well as weird drops in articulation. This weird no elbow art is just dumbfounding to me? Then again I remember the birth of the infinite heroes line and I'm just to thankdul that we no longer have those figs as our only options at retail.

I don't think any photos of the Deathstroke, Batman Beyond, or '66 Batman have been seen just yet. Though I'd love to see how thry've turned out, and soon wouldn't hurt.

I'm hoping Slade has something with him, but if not, he'll still be a must-have for me. I still regret not getting that 6" version of him the one time I saw it at retail.

But he has a gun too! We need a soccer mom to petition realistic plastic guns to save our souls!

I find it very wierd amd very cheap. Her arms are not to thin for articulation, they're just a single hinge. Look at Returns Catwoman.

They follow the same arcticulation setup for every figure and now are cutting it on one figure?

If Mattels retail team answered questions with real answers it'd be this:
"The cost of new tooling for the large accessory meant we had to cut out the most important joint for holding said accessory."

And the box is stuffed with BS about being highly detailed with premium articulation and look at the Arkham City Batman... A disproportionate freak. And I'm sorry but Origins Joker's face looks terrible. Just give us Clayface and Croc, those looked pretty cool. Hush is still the one I'm impressed with.

Yeah, the packaging says "adult collector," but it seems Mattel's attitude is that the Harley Quinn figure will not be as desirable because boys don't buy female figures as much, so they cut costs by sacrificing articulation. If they really were selling to the adult collector, that strategy would not be there.
