I can't decide what I want to do with the extra skull head. I have an extra Coulson body and I like it on there, but I can't decide if I want to paint the neck and hands. I googled a lot of Skull pics ans some have flesh hands and neck and some have red skin all over. I feel like old school Skull had the flesh hands (green Jumpsuit era) but modern Skull has the all over red skin. And almost 95% of artwork of Skull has gloves on.

Wirh all the old ML's clogging up the aisle...and, still no Black Panther, Nick Fury, Deadpool, Wolverine or Big Pun in sight, my wallet is safe for the time being and now starting to get into other figures that fit into my Marvel 6 inch Universe with my Marvel Legends...Doing more research on other brands, such as the Aliens and Predator line, Comicave, S. H., and Old School Marvel Legends and pre-Marvel Legend figures that I might think are still relevant to my collection...

I never heard about the 50/50 split for the two waves. Just looking at the promo art for the movie, Drax and Rocket are the only two wearing anything close to their first movie looks so they'll probably get repaints so that Drax has black pants and Rocket is wearing a blue jumpsuit. Plus Rocket will probably come with Baby Groot. Star Lord will probably get a retool since he's wearing a shorter jacket and some armor on top of that. I'm not sure about Gamora but her first figure wasn't that great so I wouldn't mind getting a better figure for Vol. 2.

This looks like a fairly believable list, with maybe the exception of 3 GOTG waves. I know it's a popular brand now, but that seems a bit excessive, given it's on it's second movie not third like CA and his 3 waves. I'm also kind of surprised by two Thor waves and feel like it's entirely possible they'll sneak either a Spider-man or F4 wave in there in one of their places, most likely Spider-man.

This also supports the theory that (depressingly, sadly) the Wolverine wave was just a made up leak. So gutted by that, but that's life sometimes. I am very much expecting though that given the popularity of the X-waves so far and expectation for the upcoming one, we'll likely see 2 waves of X-Men (or related product, aka Deadpool) for 2018 and 2019 each.

Also realy want to keep throwing out my theory that those random (but excellently chosen) women that don't seem to fit with a wave; Invisible Woman, Spectrum, Dark Phoenix, and maybe Mary Jane - that's your Women of Marvel SDCC set next yet. Think about it, the four pillars of the Marvelverse: F4, Avengers, X-Men and Spider-Man. Not that I don't think we'll not get a F4 wave by 2018 at least, I just really think it's not going to be 2017. I really think this is how it's going to go down and until I see otherwise I'm totally sticking to that theory.

Remember the year is up in 2 months lol. If raph's list is correct the next spidey wave should be out before the year is over, that means then im wrong about being done for this year. i know i will 100% be getting the entire next spidey wave.

Last time I blindly googled a phrase and opened the first page, I saw a wiener... they could still fit in waves in march/ April, June/July. Plus wasn't the last wolverine wave a TRU exclusive? I'm just saying between retailers, amazon, box sets, and Walgreens anything is possible. I wonder what the BAFs will be for Thor, and the defenders. I'm thinking if they are doing a FF set we may get a BAF Krog useing the Thing for a base.

They could always do that swappable BAF idea for the Thing/Korg. It would piss me off, but they could do it.

My assumption for one of the Thor BAF is the version of Hulk they're using. In fact, I almost think that's a given. We haven't had a BAF Hulk yet.

If they do a second wave, I'm not so sure. Fenrir/Fenris? Grandmaster?

I'm guessing we will certainly see a Hela, She-Thor, Comic and Movie Thor, Loki, and maybe a Grandmaster, Executioner and Heimdall if there's even just one wave, I'd up that to almost for sure if there's two. Though I can't imagine what other figures they would pad a second wave with.

As for F4, I'm hoping if we do get a wave next year (or the next) we could finally get a Wizard figure. And Attuma would be my wish for a BAF, but that's just me assuming he's a Fox-F4 property they haven't worked in yet.

The guy who made the list says he's 100% positive that we will not get a Hulk wave this year. Why he says that, I don't know but it's there in that web page.

I am not seeing it on the site I'm looking at (the F site lol). I even F searched Hulk..nothing, so it's not like I'm just skimming over it. So maybe on a different site. Could he be talking about a full wave of Hulk themed figures? That I can absolutely believe we won't be getting. I'm going to stand by my prediction, but that's all it is, a prediction. It's 50% wrong 50% right at this point. Besides, with all the BAF we have had, it is kind of hard to believe we have never had a BAF Hulk before. It's time.

Ah okay. The picture was on a different site/post then what i was looking at, it just had a typed out list. That is sort of ambiguous. "hulk wave" could mean a wave centered around Hulk figures or it could mean no BAF hulk (sort of like how we talk about The Hulkbuster Wave, the Absorbing Man wave, etc).

I guess we'll just have to wait and see. It could definitely go either way to me. Thanks for reposting! :)

Most of it makes sense, even if it's 9 waves. I was thinking probably 7 or 8 at most next year, we had 7 this year and it was the most ever.

I would say if you took the GOTG wave 3 and Thor wave 2 out, that's pretty darn likely. with the Defenders wave filling in for the *sob* Wolverine wave *sob*

There was a rumored X-Men Wolverine wave out there a while back with Silver Samurai, Viper, Silver Fox and stuff like that which should be the 3rd X-Men wave since Old Man Logan is due out in theaters next year.

I really don't think that's coming. As much as I'd like for it to be. We have only had one leak of it, at around the same time as the leaks of the waves we saw at SDCC. Plus, there were no sku/DCPI numbers attached it to, unlike every other wave we have seen leaked that turned out true.

Believe me, I would LOVE for that wave to be real. I just don't think it is. :(
