Awesome deal in fact! He definitely is worth that price, so don't feel bad about it. :D

I was thinking I should feel bad and go try to pay the right price but then I was all like a worker told me all was good and it's not like I hacked their system or even ran back to see about getting more figs at that price so I just checked it up to some universal randomness

I'm with you. When parroting the liberal humdrum about "white imperialism" comes about, we know this only goes one-way and we've steered the discussion back to action figures mostly today.

A couple of years ago I got a coupon for a Kreo figure. The face value of the coupon was "up to $3.29, and the figures were on sale for $2.49, and I had 15 coupons. The checker gave me full value on the coupons, which let me get a free $5 action figure with my 15 free Kreo figures. I really like coupons.

I think a discussion like this can be educational and productive, as long as everyone stays civil.

There's also ways that one crew that screws around and either misses everything or has an even crazier day

Whoah, what the hell?! Is that a 3.75" figure in Daedric Armor?!

Ninjinister 02-21-2016 08:00 PM

I super hate that whenever Fred Meyer has toys on clearance they're still more than any of their sale prices. Age of Ultron 5 PoAs are $5-something on clearance and just about two weeks ago they were on sale for $3.99. How does that shit even work!?

No it's a Funko Legacy figure but it is a little short. Maybe 5.5" or so. Forced perspective.

Nah, it's about 5.5" inches, he's from Funko's Skyrim series; you can find them in most Targets and Walgreens. Great looking sculpt, articulation is a bit hindered but it has decent range of motion.

Thanks for the info. Gonna have to grab that now.

This is not a good sign.

What the sh!t, I missed that the first time I watched it! He really did say "it's a Sophie's choice" when talking about removing articulation and raising the price, which they did BOTH over the last year. They got real somber when asked about reduced articulation in the 3.75" figures and kind of droned on about how hard it was and then they said "talk to the guy downstairs". Talk about a defeatist attitude and double talk, these guys really DO hate 1/18th scale lol

Universe 02-21-2016 09:22 PM

Nice to see it all Ursa Magnus!

Yeah, they did start to stumble heavy when it came to articualtion. They are talking out of their behinds with lame duck reasoning.

Ninjinister 02-21-2016 09:23 PM

Anybody got a better stand than the Entertainment Earth circle ones? I hate those.
