Predator 2 is definitely based on the ideas in concrete jungle, just as AVP is roughly based on the original AvP comics. Sadly neither movie lived up to its source, particularly AVP.

I fell down that hole during Blackest Night. I bought every lantern from each corps they made (Except Stel, I liked the BAF version detter than the DC Direct, and I never bought Chummuk) and ended up with every Black lantern. Even bought the box set to get Blue Bettle Black Lantern, Sapphire Fatality and Indigo-2. They are all in a box now. I have been thinking of selling them off but some I really want to keep because they are so unique.

This is exactly how he appeared in the GI Joe animated movie when Cobra was in the arctic heading to Cobra LA. But it is more than the usual shirtless outfit with 2 straps and a monocle and that porn stache he sports. :-)

looks like i'm going to have to buy cody online.. i doubt i'll ever see him in stores. the retailers in my area seem to not care about the black series which is a shame.

edit.. i just looked and they're not even selling them individually on HTS.

In an effort to get rid of the leftover Ben Kenobi(s) my local Walmarts have resorted to marking them down to clearance prices. However, this also for some reason meant that all other Black Series figures were marked down to clearance, and as a result, I was able to pick up Palpatine at a nice marked down price. (He was also the only other figure on the peg, and is also the first new Black Series figure I've seen in nearly 5 months at various retailers, which has started to shake my confidence in the line.)

I also ran into two cases of the new Ant Man wave at the same Walmart I grabbed Palpatine from, but screw that BAF noise. Why would I want to drop money on all those other guys just to buid Ultron Prime, when that guy is clearly inferior compared to evil robo bunny man-droid, who I grabbed off of Ebay at more than half the price of the current BAF!

In the past few weeks I have seen a lot of Wal Marts get the Emperor, Red Clone, Han and Luke Trooper case. At least 3 wal marts wednesday I hit had them. I also saw 1 store have them on clearance for 5 bucks off. Even better was getting the new Han and Taun Taun for 30$ on clearance.
