I really hope they lift the 50 gifts per day for a few days or at least increase it. I've accumulated so much mass, that I sound pregnant.

I'd bet money that they don't lift the U-ISO limit. It works the same way with Spec Ops 1 and there wasn't any leeway with the U-ISO. They have given out some free U-ISO gifts though. 50 free:

Of those existing I only have Spidey, Colossus, Iron Fist and soon, Emma. At least Spidey is the only 90CP character to have ANOTHER new costume. So far for 90CP characters we have Cap, Hulk, Spidey and Thor who had new costumes WITH upgrades, BP and SW solo and Wolvie with an alternate outfit that doesn't do anything special. I hope at least for future alternate outfits they at least give you some sort of upgrade instead of just the look. Especially for the CP you shell out. It would be nice if you could use Shield points instead to buy costumes. :/
Whoa that's awesome on these characters, I just hope they're not all 90 CP's to get...the way they've been dropping...will take forever to get it seems like.

BTW, was Mockingbird REALLY hard to get or is she just not worth using in PvP. I'm playing right now and this is like only the 2nd or 3rd time I've played against someone using her.

If anyone has her, she automatically comes up on the PVP bonus, so yeah, not alot of people her. Two of the main reasons being was that:

1. Was extremely hard in the beginning. They didn't tone down the difficulty till like the last week or so.

2. The Avengers movie was on it's early weeks of being in theaters and that brought alot of people to the game. I came in around that time too, so by then, we were too late to accomplish all of the Mockingbird missions.

Sooo I just started this game and am only like level 7 I think? It's pretty fun and I've played plenty of my fair share of number crunching theory crafting min maxing online games where I strive to be the most overpowered/best I can. From top guilds in WoW to making sure my gear and weapon in Skyrim could 1 shot anything.

SO.. I need the inside track! Tips! Pointers! General "so you're new" help! I feel like without spending $$ you'll never get enough to purchase characters or have gold to save up, but what's the best course of action with my resources and time? I'm sure I'll figure this all out, but I'd rather know sooner than later as then I may have wasted ISO-8 or gold or CP on crap that I'd have gotten later.

P.S. Where do you go to buy heroes with CP? Just keep clicking news until features the one you want? I feel dumb on this one. ><

To buy new heroes, go to the team page and keep scrolling to the left until you get to people you have yet to buy.

The best way get CP is to get 5th star on a given level and beating a boss.

Got Emma today! No gold used. Glad I can move on now.

To look for more gold opportunities, click the plus (+) symbol next to your gold count. It should be pretty intuitive from there. PS - don't waste gold on upgrading ships, buying emps, or really anything else. You should only be using gold on the final trench coat armors, powerful weapons and gadgets (quantum jumper), and in a pinch, converting some to cp.

You can't really "waste" cp like you can waste gold and silver. If you are using cp, you are getting a character or costume, so nothing really wasted (unless it turns out you don't like the character). 4 starring a mission gets you 1 gold, and 5 starring gets you 5 cp. The other way to earn cp is the roulette for beating a final boss.

Thanks guys, good help! Sadly I dropped a few gold on ship upgrades and hirings because I got sick of waiting on my friends to accept.. ah well!

No prob, had that on my favorites for the longest and couldn't find it for shit.
Yup 2nd the MB^^ Although I would rather get Emma, wish they would announce if they're going to bring her back or not, but I guess she is an exclusive!!

No worries, I think most of us did that while playing the game in the beginning. I've been using my gold to get more Iso's:P I know kind of a waste but will be worth it in the end...cause once I get Emma than I can start saving up Gold again...

Yeah, what the dudes above mentioned. Don't use gold unless it's an emergancy. Add lots of allies to help ya pass gifts back and forth. You can PM so we can add eachother if you'de like.

I also blew some gold in the beginning on ship upgrades. The tutorial sort of teaches you that it's a normal thing to do, but you soon learn it's a huge waste because gold is a rather hot commodity, like cp.

Phoenix Four you mean, Namor isn't included! BASTARDS! (rumor has it that he isn't included in the game because of licensing issues, but still sad)

Yes they will be added, not sure when but the concept art for them has already been shown. I doubt it will be soon, Emma was just added and Magik isn't even in the game yet. The next character they're releasing is Rogue, so it might be a while...
