For all houston tx area members. The Targets have them in stock! dont let them tell you there's a street date! if it rings up on the registers there's no street date. if there is a street date then the registers wont let them ring it up but, they will.

Went to toysrus and only found 2 kraangs and the vehicles. I called another Tru and the employee said theybwont be getting them until August 1st. I don't even think he bothered to check the floor and probably just went on te website. Sucks

Optimus Vader 07-12-2012 07:04 AM

I saw Shredder and Krang in person for the first time too,.. ehh. I'm good with just the Turtles.

jedigeorge09 07-12-2012 07:30 AM

Thanks. It's a mixture of play sets. PM me if you want some fine details.

Phantomcrow 07-12-2012 09:16 AM

I found all of the new Turtles stuff yesterday at Target. I have pics in the Look what I found thread

Ninjinister 07-12-2012 10:09 AM

I decided "screw it" and ordered from Playmates' website. Shredder, Kraang, and all four of the boys will be here in a couple of days.

evilanimation 07-12-2012 10:32 AM

They are all on target and toys r us...

T16skyhopp 07-12-2012 12:05 PM

Grabbed foot soldier today. he's okayish. More lolplaymates than Shredder but not as lolplaymates at Kraang.

NoodleChow 07-12-2012 12:48 PM

transplanted an extra ahsoka's knees onto april last night:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...e/IMG_7727.jpg

still need to figure out how far the forearm pegs go up into the arm before figuring out how i want to put elbows in. weird seeing how good the turtles are and everyone else got shafted. would have definitely gotten shredder and 4 foot soldiers if they had swivel hinged knees and elbows.

T16skyhopp 07-12-2012 12:59 PM

Very cool dude. Shredder is only missing Knees so if you think you can custom him I'd pick him up. Foot would be hard to get elbows in due to the way e's sculpted. Nice job on April though, keep it up!

D00MTR0N 07-12-2012 01:28 PM

was able to get shredder, right out of the case, badass looking figure, now im done with the line.

Jimmyo 07-12-2012 01:31 PM

So the turtles are great but everything else from the range so far is meh?

I might wait till the UK release before I bother to grab thee

ersico 07-12-2012 01:33 PM

jaybird7072 07-12-2012 01:35 PM

just want the turtles and shred:)

T16skyhopp 07-12-2012 02:26 PM

Shredder would be great if he had knees. He does not. he is "okayish."

/opinion

NoodleChow 07-12-2012 02:33 PM

hmmm will debate getting him if i see him on shelves when everything hits en masse.

T16skyhopp 07-12-2012 07:32 PM

Any opinions on the van? Debating.

The stealth cycle looks cool, but the exclusive "stealth" Raph is worthless. He just has a helmet and black hands. It doesn't even look like gloves, because its just his regular hands painted black. They could have done way better. Should have left the skin green but made the belt and all the wraps black or something.

Passed on both at TRU today but I have a 20% off coupon good this weekend. Hrmmm

As for the raph, It does suck that they didn't bother to give him real gloves but at least its still a full figure without any articulation removed. He even comes with his weapons. I'm sure playmates could have just given us a solid figure stuck in a specific pose but they didn't and I'm happy about that.

Cool, thanks. How do you like the cycle itself?

NoodleChow 07-12-2012 08:38 PM

sweet pics! i take it there's no place for em to sit in the van? seems very hollow inside.

the cycle itself is pretty neat. I like that the foot peddles are actually adjustable for figures of different heights...kinda helps since the turtles are all different. The reveal gimmick where the shell panels all open up together is pretty cool but it does kinda suck that there isn't also a way for them to all close up together.

It actually is pretty hollow inside but it also has room for alot of figures in there as well. You win some and loose some I guess. If I had any kinda of toy modding skills I would love to fix up the inside. At least the outside looks great haha.
