It sucks to be in the US right now.
Toys R Us 3.75? Day of The Doctor Set Now £4.99! ? Merchandise Guide - The Doctor Who Site I really want this set. |
Okay guys, I have a question:
Are the torso swivel pegs different between waves 2 and 3? A lot of the pegs seem different between the two waves, and I'd like to combine 12 regenerated with a 10th Doctor to make a 5th Doctor custom, and the legs are the main thing I'd like to switch. |
This thread has been quiet...

Hey guys, having moved to the States recently, can anyone tell me what your source is for Who figures around these parts? Typically I could get them in a shop at home, but now I'm really looking forward to the next wave and curious about where to find them. I saw TRU clearanced out a lot of stuff recently, so while they still have the Tardis, I'm worried they won't carry the figures anymore.
I'll get some pics uploaded too. |

Your best bets are going to be Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Hastings/MovieStop, and Go! Calendars. Individually, none of these stores have spectacular selections, but if you're lucky enough to be in an area that has at least two of these within a reasonable distance, you'll most likely be able to find a nice assortment of both the 3.75" and 5.5" Doctor Who figures. For a while, it appeared that GameStop was going to become a great place to find Doctor Who figures, but judging by the way that they have been putting their Doctor Who figures on clearance, it seems like they might potentially be dropping the line. However, if you want to find quite a few of the 3.75" figures for only a few dollars each, definitely check out the GameStops in your area. Walgreens is also a great resource for these figures at reduced prices. Like GameStop, it appears that they have given up on the line as well, since they have stopped stocking the newer waves, and have put the older ones on clearance. But anyways, definitely check out B&N, BAM, Hastings/MovieStop, and Go! Calendars. Good luck ! BTW, if anyone wants to check out my latest purchases of both the 3.75" and 5.5" Doctor Who figures, check out my recent post in the "Look What I Just Got" thread :) : http://www.toyark.com/showpost.php?p...ostcount=25887 |

Went To a game stop and for under 10 bucks I scored 2 skorvox blisters and a purple jacket 12th doctor. Now just need a blue suit doc or a tenth doc head to make a killgrave custom.

New Series line-up is now gapless.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/_u...w1280-h1920-no Seriously, if you don't have the Day of the Doctor set, get one. I got it from Forbidden Planet, and, with shipping, it'll run you $18-$20, depending on tax. (That's in the USA, btw) |
