But yet Hasbro keeps doing it, so that makes me think perhaps that's not a dumb move. Say I want an Obi-Wan with 2 212th Troopers, if they're single packs, I'd buy 1 Obi and 2 212th (3 figures). But now that it's a 2-pack, I have to buy 2 2-packs (4 figures) and then either sell off the extra Obi-Wan or just give it to my kid. (multiply by how ever many troopers you actually want). I'm willing to bet enough people do that, that's why Hasbro keeps packing troop builders with single characters.

Yah but im willing to wager folks waiting for a clearance sale price, whereas if theyd done a two pack of the standard trooper and the airborne guy they may not have.

0% chance this ends up at Ollie's. Not happening. Acolyte and or Disney stuff? Yes. Clones and prequel jedi? No.

And, hopefully with this, they are done with Acolyte figures and can go back to making figures people actually want.

The release date is June 1st 2025 so it's going to be restocked. It's "sold out", Hasbro, does this constantly with black series figures. They put up a limited number to make people think they sold out when they really didn't.

I've wanted a Wookie Jedi figure since I was six years old.

And this is what Hasbro makes.
Not only is the design odd, for lack of a better word, he's the Wookie that appeared in several episodes and never did a cool thing.
