I beg to differ,Darth Nihilus,Darth Bane,Darth Plagueis are all badass names.

but they all describe something- Vader is just a made up word, so far as I can tell- a proper name.
Everyone else coms off as second rate Doctor Dooms.

actually Vader means father in dutch,Nihilus is in referrence to how he is almost a void,Plagueis is in referrence to him being like a plague to the force and bane is ...well he is a bane in the force,so in actuality Vader is the mildest of the like.

Darth Vader literally means Dark Father.
