By that logic Micheal Jackson is alive, Giant Squids don't exist, Prison is a great place to visit because all the stories I hear are just made up. China doesn't exist either. I never seen any of those things with my own eyes, so people must be making it All up. Will Smith exist, I actually met him, but he must not exist if you haven't seen him. |

The same evidence exist for UFOs, but some how they are the exception. Does that really make any sense? |

I just want everyone to know, that just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there. Try telling church goers their God doesn't exist. I dare you.

For me personally, if a significant amount of people have used the same type of evidence to claim UFOs, and Aliens exist. I tend to believe them. |

with that said I ask you again to come to the table with a more relevant argument. |
Most sighting can be explained. Some are elaborate hoaxes. But there's that 2% that can't be explained. That 2 percent is what these "qualified" people are talking about. I can't recomend enough for anyone to watch "Out of the Blue." It doesnt talk about little green men or end of the world scenarios. It's about eyewitness accounts from multiple higher up sources. Listen to these testimonies before making a solid decision. In one part of the documentary they take footage of a sighting to ILM. Thats industrial light and magic folks. If anyone can spot a video hoax it's ILM. People are seeing something. What they are? Who knows.
Has anyone here seen Out of the Blue? |

"Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof- and that's lacking in the case of UFO's." My argument is you guys have no idea how wrong that statement is. And becuase of your Dis-Belief. You won't even try to look at the extraordinary proof that is out there. I'm not telling you to belief in anything, I'm asking that you look at the evidence, in this case the Meeting at the National Press Club. Eye-witness testimony from retire military servicemen who guarded Nukes, and just listen to what they have to say. All those Men's military records can be looked and verified yourself. If you can't do at least that a day after Veterans day. There is no point in continuing this discussion. Disclosure Conference, National Press Club 27 Sept 2010 - YouTube |
Edited post, because I don't want to start shit with cool arkers.

Either way, as I said, we can believe whatever we like. You believe all these events happen. I don't, although I think some could have. I am not going to close my mind on the possibility that Greys and Reptilians could or could not exist, that just isn't me. I enjoy hearing and reading about these things, that will never change. But because of a "lack of proof" doesn't mean I am going to close my mind about guests from outer space.

For example, I say "I heard Tiberus say he saw a UFO"- it means nothing because I could be recalling wrong, or bullshitting, or Tiberus could be nuts or anything. Those kinds of alien stories cant be verified or trusted in any way. Then consider that much of accepted "Alien Conspiracy" lore comes from guys like Bob Lazar- someone that claims he "worked at Area 51 on captured alien spacecraft". Everything this guy has ever claimed has been debunked- even his credintials are baloney. So if you're providing proof, lets start with verifiable photographs- NOT of something in the air -as anyone with Photoshop can fake those better than most supposed "real" images. I want a verifiable photograph of an alien. Which no one ever EVER manages to get, despite everyone having a camera on their phone! Also, these aliens are, frankly, pussies- why not fght them off? No one ever pokes one in those big black eyes? I'd grab me an handfull o' alien eye if they were looking to snatch me up for the ol' rectal probe!;) The classic "paralized while someting was in the room" bit is as old as humanity- it's caused by Temporal Lobe Seizures. Even a mild seizure (sometime brought on by weather or dietary changes) can result in a religous or demonic...or extraterresterial experience. And yes, thsi is proven- scienntists have re-created this exact experience in labs and it's been peer reviewed. You seem convinced that aliens are contacting humans- why? Have you ever seen an alien? I'm guessing not. Many people laen towards conspiracy theories beacuse it's fun to think that most people are fooled...but you know the real truth! Quote:
Healthy skepticism is not "dis-belief", it's looking at the world with an open and rational mind. There are many on the believers side that refuse to accept rational explanations to UFO sightings- even when the person that reported the sighting in the first place accepts it. Humans are pattern seekers- our brains need to find a cause for things- and usually they find something to decide on to explain a (to them) unexplainible event. For Example, Native Americans used to think Ball Lightening was the spirits of their ancestors and thunder was caused by the beating of Thunderbirds' wings. They were not stupid- only limited by available facts and looking for a pattern. It's the same with all the UFO stuff. |

The fact is that countless things in the universe exist invisable to us with or without human knowledge of them. Are there aliens? Maybe. Use logic, and any evidence presented, to determine which , and what, works best for you. Please, however, do not cower into the false-intellectual notions of an "Atheistic" veiwpoint to solidify your argument. It belittles those who feel differently. While I respect any veiw you have, I also ask you respect those of others aswell. Beliefs have accomplished mankind much my friend. Man believed that he could land on the moon. He did. Ghandi believed that he could protest without violence. He did. Whats truly dangerous is a rigid, unadaptable, and narrow-minded veiw of life and its workings, as the very nature of the universe itself is always changing, and expanding. |

@CLASSIFIED: In what way did I speak of religion? I was speaking about a point of veiw brother. Nothing more. Mentioning an (quote) "Atheistic" way of thinking doesnt necsisarily (pardon my terrible spelling btw) indicate a religious notion...imo.

Anybody watch the Jerusalem UFO Videos I posted? I want to know what people think that is? I think it's a UFO given the different angles and the reaction from the crowd. But I'm open to any other possiblities, if it makes sense.
