i have it... paint apps are very good..just less articulation.. i like it better just wish it had more joints.

Tiberius 02-25-2012 11:37 PM

How is Cap for articulation? I'd like him if they made him good enough...

Everything but ankle wrist and torso articulation.

Tiberius 02-25-2012 11:41 PM

uhg. never passed a 99% of a line before

LORD MARVEL 02-25-2012 11:42 PM

no waist, wrist or ankles articulation..but does have knee and elbows..i give it a 8 out of 10. i like it better then first avenger figure

That's what Hawkeye said!

What bothers the hell out of me (and this goes for MU as well) is that they dont make Iron Man big enough to be a guy in armor- hell, in the Avengers line, he's noticibly smaller than Cap!

In MU, they sculpted an amazing figure for the "bleeding edge" figure...then made him smaller than Spider-Man.

ZING!

This line worries me so much.

F1sh1000 02-26-2012 12:14 AM

I saw this line in Walmart today and it was kinda funny. The Thor and Captain America toys were right next to the Avengers line. Funny thing was aside from packaging, Most of the toys were identicle with slighty different paint apps. It just looked really cheap...

Even better, A stack of Hulk figures was just thown in the clearance aisle lol. I dont know what hasbro was thinking with this line, Its terrible. Hopefully the lazyness on there part shows in the sales

perrych 02-26-2012 05:23 AM

I don't know if anyone saw the pics of the Quinjet on HissTank but they are showing a place in the rear of the jet where you can store at least one more figure (the post says you could cram three in, but only one in a chair). I'm glad that they added that feature - but makes me wonder if this was where they were going to have Hawkeye's ride.

Jason Abbadon 02-26-2012 06:54 AM

Probably.

I kinda hope they clearance these eventually- I have a baggie full of Cobra Rattler misssiles I could add to it, repaint it and viola!
SHIELD attack plane.

$30 moc or $25 loose shipped for all 4!!

I think you've earned the name "Saint Marvel" with the prices you come up with. Or maybe; "Lord Marvel The Saint."

thanks for the complement homie ..

bmorr 02-26-2012 07:56 AM

for only 10 dollars more, you can buy that giant true heroes cargo plane and fit ALL the avengers in it. Its at least double the size of the quinjet.

Peteparker 02-26-2012 08:05 AM

Armor is only $19.97 at Wally World. WTF is Toys R Us thinking? They're selling it at $31.99 ON SALE!

http://s0.i1.picplzthumbs.com/upload...ef7d9_wmeg.jpg

Should've nabbed a picture of the Quinjet's price too, I saw it, but forgot to look at the price...

sug2763 02-26-2012 08:37 AM

I too am disappointed with this line and the lack of articulation, especially on the movie Cap. The figure looks solid, but lack of waist, torso, and ankle articulation is such a letdown. I'd like to get the movie Black Widow and Hawkeye but if they lack all that articulation, I'll pass.

And don't get me started on movie Hulk. Its downright terrible.

shortysben 02-26-2012 08:52 AM

The Avengers line is doing one thing for sure...making people talk about it...I just pick the ones I like and leave the rest...I am thinking I might pick up the widow if I see her, and the movie hawkeye for a custom...but thats prolly it

itMFtis 02-27-2012 10:29 AM

Could we get a size comparison pic between Avengers Hulk and MU World War Hulk? Please? :)

Peteparker 02-27-2012 10:55 AM

I've decided I'd rather trade MU for these Avengers toys rather than buy them outright. Check out my BST and see if there's anything worth trading to you!

Peteparker 02-27-2012 10:48 PM

Check out where one of my Walmarts put the Avengers minimuggs:

Your Toys R Us has it mislabeled or something. Mine has the mech suits for $21.99, and the Quinjet for $31.99.

I'm definitely grabbing a couple armors, have some plans for them.

Are you saying you sighted the Quinjet? Or just the price tag?

They did that with the ten inch "leg squeezers" by me last week. A different Walmart, that has all of their Avengers stuff out, has them all listed as "Ultimate Hawkeye." Every Avengers peg has the same label on it.

No wonder I bought that Hawkeye last night, Wally's is planting subliminal messages.....

That's how my TRU is too, same prices but I have seen other posts by members reporting that the armor is $27.99 and Quinjet near $40 at their TRU's.

Optimus Vader 02-28-2012 08:29 AM

I've seen the armor at three different TRU's. Two had them for $22 and one had them for $28.
