I meant no ill will at my comment. Just that I was cautious of the claim, considering the WTB's very new user account and the fact that I literally had just seen the photo maybe twenty minutes earlier from someone claiming they were found in NY (they later corrected themselves and said NC...if it's of any consolation.)

Reminds me when I made front page of the Ark a year or two ago with the first sighting of the giant-sized Godzilla toy. Shortly afterwards, I started seeing my photo not only start popping up on other sites, but being used by Ebay sellers who were claiming to have the big guy in-hand and were sending the item pictured (despite the item sitting in my own living room...)

Either way. Great find and fortune. Almost makes me regret my recent NECA haul...as I want all of those figures except for the Spider-Britain or whatever that is...

You guys know which figure I want most from that wave lol.

Green Goblin, Shocker and Jackal are also much needed for me.

At some point I need a second Jackal. I need his hands and feet. I want to repaint them and make a proper Cap-Wolf.

WTF? BBTS doesn't even have them up for preorder yet, how are they already showing up in stores?

Not a fan that Sandman doesn't come with any regular arms.

Saw the same picture on facebook today as well !! Im glad, now i can try maybe ordering somewhere online. Judging by the lack of stores ordering and keeping up here in sofla, im sure they won't be appearing here in store til March or April.

As badly as I want these, with the new Black Series figures starting to drop at the same time, Spidey and friends will just have to wait. I really need the new Leia, Kebobi, Revan and Sabine figures before I need Shocker and Goblin with a bunch of filler figures for me, and the only way I fear I will find them is by grabbing yet another case...

I'm sure your like me and are dying to get your hands on symbiote spidey !! I've wanted him since i got into legends. The last version that came out years ago as a target exclusive sells for what $60-$100 bucks ? Screw that...

Also, I went back to TRU after work and a employee was pulling all the old ML Spidey waves...so I think they got in trouble for putting the new ones out. Probably cause of my picture all over social media.

I already pre ordered the SW Black case w/ Revan and Sabine from Dorkside. they are expected in the next few weeks. I saw BBTS also put up a pre order. I was not going to play the seek and find game with this wave. I got lucky and found Krenick, Scarif, and 3PO at Target a couple weeks ago.

On the Sandman wave of Legends, I hate that we get NO Normal Norman head for Goblin and no normal arms for Sandman. It is nice we get alternate sand hand forms, but I have the old Toybiz Sandman and he is pretty hard to beat.

I wonder if, since they use the same body, one could make custom 'normal' arms from the Absorbing Man arms.

But yeah, the lack of a Norman Osborn head for Gobby is disappointing. I'd probably be on-board with picking him up if they'd included one.

.....And the Sandman wave is up on BBTS...estimated release of December...also up on Dorkside toys with same release month.

And I've preordered from Dorkside the two figures I know I want. I think I'm going to try to go through Dorkside from now on since they're local, with the exception of the X-Wave, which I may or may not do through them - I'll be honest on that wave I will do whatever reasonably needs to be done to get it legally as quickly as possible.

It helps that dorkside seems to offer single figures right away, so if you don't want the whole wave you're not stuck hoping they'll show up to order eventually.

Just preordered the sandman wave via BBTS. I might need to order a few extra single figures from dorkside, as i've been collecting all the current spiderman figures both loose on display and in package.

i'll keep you in mind if I'm not feeling that figure when i get my hands on it..

Really only wanting Shocker,Jackal,and Goblin. MAYBE Kamala...guess I'll splice the BAF parts with my Raft Sandman to complete him.

Yeah...I just pre-ordered Wave 9 of the Black Series as well. I'm not going to play around with trying to hunt for Revan or Sabine, as there are still characters from that line I managed to find only once (Ahsoka, R2-D2) or never in the wild (Boba). While I'm not thrilled with buying the case, I still wanted 4 figures out of the wave and figured it would be worthwhile. I should be able to gain back a bit of the cost once I dump the army builders (AT-AT Pilot and Snowtrooper) as I have no interest in keeping them...

Since you have Krenick, I saw him the other day, and was curious if the head could be swapped with any of the Red Skull figures we've received, or is it similar to the General Hux where the peg is too small for a proper fit? I really think Skull would look good in the regal looking uniform that Krennic's figure has.

A little bummed that we didn't get an alternate head for GG as well, especially when we got two for Hobgoblin when I didn't feel it was necessary (as I really thought the Demon Head was ugly and poorly done.) I'm sure there will be plenty of casts out there in no time, even though an official head would have been keen...

The lack of proper normal arms for Sandman is kind of a bummer, but I also have the old ToyBiz one, and since he is a pretty beefy figure, will be using that one for normal displays, with the new BAF for when he goes into crazy Sandman-rage mode. The new sculpted parts on the upcoming BAF looks good, and saves me the trouble (not to mention the scary times) of having to swap out those interchangeable arms on the original ToyBiz offering.


@WTB: Is the new Spider-Man UK on the Hyperion body? He looks kinda buff, but it's hard to tell from the photo. Do you have any out of box shots?

^ It's definitely a more buff 'mid-sized' sculpt, but I'm certain it isn't the Hyperion mold...I look forward to the reappropriation of this mold.

Edit: You know what? I now see where you are coming from, that sculpt may represent a new 'large' buff mold. I would also like to see pics of that...

If there is any truth to it, according to a recent post on Facebook with a screen shot, it looks like the new Invisible Woman figure will be an upcoming Walgreens Exclusive...

That Wolverine looks amazing. I think the blue might be a little too bright for the "Astonishing" costume, but honestly, I'd like to see that costume with a brighter blue without having to edit a photo of it myself to get an idea for what it would look like.

Maaaaan, I got that one years ago at Target lol. I was shocked to find what it's selling for nowadays, but I'm still going to keep it for sentimental value since it was one of my first Marvel Legends, if not THE first Legends I owned.

That new one looks like it's going to blow this one out of the water though.
