Using the great Glenn Webb's recipe for my own 90s Jean Grey custom. Still haven't gone through with painting it/sculpting on the 90s pouches on her thigh, but it already looks better than the original Hasbro release. Still undecided on if I like the Phoenix head or the original head better, though the Phoenix head would obviously require some modifying.

That is what I thought man thanks! Is there any word on making a MCU figure of him? Cuz I don't think there was

Nothing yet but we are just now getting a comic version. We don't actually know any of the Vulture wave figures beyond of course there will be a Spider-Man. I'd probably get a toy of Bokeem Woodbine.

Yeah man i have yet to see the Comic Shocker yet. But thanks for the heads up I'm hoping for a Mcu Shocker and Comic Scorpion in the Vulture wave. I think that has become the Norm that every wave has to include A Spider man lol

I wouldn't get my hopes up on a MCU Shocker considering Hasbro's track record with MCU villains. Vulture will probably be all we get villian wise.

Sounds good to me haha

Captain Nash 12-09-2016 03:35 PM

That Vulture is, IMO, hideous. Big ole pass for me.

Stilt Man, Mr. Negative, Overdrive, Lady Bullseye, Calypso, Devil Dinosaur, Stegron, Scorpia, Menace, The Tinkerer, The Owl, Swarm, Vermin, Typhoid Mary, Tombstone, Smythe, the Spider Slayers, Carrion, Cardiac, the Burglar (Uncle Ben's killer) and the Life Foundation Symbiotes (who I think we may start getting in the next year or so, since two of them appeared on Marvel's figure polls this year.) Maybe even a few Ultimate versions of some of Spidey's villians, such as Venom and Carnage, Electro, or the laughably bad Shocker.

Then there's the sometimes allies...guys like Cloak, Dagger, Prowler, and of course the evential ToyBiz do-overs like Bullseye, Moon Knight, Kingpin, Demo Goblin, Scorpion and maybe even a new costume or two in there as well (such as Black Cat's current crime boss attire, or the new Venom.)

Allow me to chime in. considering im a spider-whore and have been since a kid ! these are the figures that I think would be great addition. there are other characters but really only REAL comic heads would know whom they are.

1 Doctor Octopus 30 cardiac
2 Lizard 31 the rose
3 kingpin 32 rocket racer
4 Scorpion 33 Puma
5 Mysterio 34 Grizzly
6 Morlun 35 Gibbon
7 vulture 36 kangaroo
8 hydro man 37 bloodshed
10 molten man
11 tombstone
12 alistar symthe
13 mister negative
14 hammerhead
15 tarantula
16 vermin
17 demogoblin
18 shreik
19doppelganger
20 carrion
21 scream
22 calypso
23 silvermane
24 lasher
25 agony
26 phage
27 riot
28 stegron
29 looter

Keep in mind, some i've listed have already came out with at least a head for the chameleon, however the body for the figure does not fit correctly. such as hammerhead. silvermane could also use a robot body. While some of these names would probably never hit legends form, it would be nice to see them. then again you never know, some oddball marvel characters have already been made into figures. also what i listed above was only a portion i feel would fit correct with a spidey wave. there were a TON more characters just i felt they wouldnt have been figure worthy.

Just a little note. Not sure why my list keeps coming up messed up even when i've tried editiing it several times... oh well. you guys get the gest of it

He bores the crap out of me. I find pretty much every other Spider to be more interesting than him. Throwing Miles in as the lead Spidey in the MCU would have been a risky gamble, but I think he would have made a better impression, and have a wider appeal - after all, even with the changes made to update him, Peter's still a product of the 1960s, when academically-inclined, glasses-wearing "nerds" were called "Poindexter" and stuffed into lockers by football players.

Totally should have been Miles in the MCU- they could have even dropped a "isn't there already a SpiderMan" line anywhere to show a connection with any previous SpiderMan. And the trailer looks like it came straight out of the Miles Spider-book anyways (which is the best version of SpiderMan on the stands now)

Not at all.... especially with the upcoming spider love affair. miles and gwen? he's a teenager and she's somewhere in 20s i believe. even though realistically the character of Gwen stacy has been around since 1965.

The Miles book really is the only decent Spiderbook unless you go to the retcon (younger) parker. everything Parker is doing now is garbage.

Its like they want people to dislike parker, like what dc did with jason todd.

I'm hoping they're aging Miles up a bit for the whole "couple" thing. I mean, he has been gradually aging up since his introduction, and in the covers and art shown so far for it, he does look a bit older than he has been for a bit. I'm honestly not sure I can see Marvel doing this while just leaving him 16-17 as he is at the moment.

Both. Though i think he needs to ditch the whole team thing and go back to being a more under the red hood type.
