Correct it is the gun runners head. Use the same head ...order it in black with grey hair and you have the assistant editor from the daily bugle. His name escapes me at the moment.
Thanks UKMU. Pm me anytime bro. As far as writing you guys can check my marvel/gi Joe crossover called the initiative over on hisstank. Its in the fanfiction section

What is the best Spiderman figure at this scale?

Oscarv 03-15-2016 03:20 AM

Longest day: brilliant work man, I especially like scarlet witch. I remember someone posting a recipe for her ages ago, but using a combination of pretty rare figures

Mordiganne: excellent, just excellent. I love it when a new member comes out of nowhere and shares all the goodness!

Law78 03-15-2016 05:39 AM

[QUOTE=Oscarv;651817]Law. I was lucky there and picked up lizard for £8, he was in a box underneath the only stall there that had any 3.75" figures. Had to dig around for him, I already have the figure, but grabbed him for trades.

You got a steal there, is there anything in particular you are after at the moment that you'd like to trade for it?????

UKMU. Thanks man. I think between pilk and PP I have found/joined most of the worthwhile ones (incugind the one you mentioned, nice one for the heads up though) As for unicorn, he's a cool classic iron man villain, nice bright colours. Have read that particular comic already as part of a TPB, but grabbed it because I thought it would look nice in a frame. Speaking of unicorn, he was from Pilkster. The lovely man came and dropped off my latest batch last night. Some amazing work there, very happy. Will post pictures, probably tomorrow evening, when I have got the time to have a proper mess around with them.

In my experience, it's the Amazing Spider-man Ultraposeable figure, but it needs a proper update.

Sithlord1963 03-15-2016 11:26 AM

The Longest Day,

excellent Civil Wars figures. How did you put together that Crossbones and Scarlet Witch? The former looks like a mix of GI Joe and MU parts, but not got a clue about the Witch!

Grippen 03-15-2016 11:36 AM

Ye I'm wodring about the Scarlet also.

Crossbones is:
Mask is from a cast or repaint of Shadow Tracker
Body from Captain America movie line Crossbones
Lower arms from an Iron Man War Machine
Vest is from Cyber Ninja I think

LordMudd 03-15-2016 01:00 PM

I was just wondering if we might ever see a Bereet figure, and if so, would it be comic or movie version. I have been thinking about the comic version and realized it could be done with Nightcrawler arms and legs.

Here is Super Sabre, with my Stonewall custom. Proportion is off, I may need to redo Stonewall.

Grippen,

I think you're right on the vest and head. Unless they are casts (and assuming the hair on the Shadow Tracker figure was removable)then for me in the UK that is some expensive fodder parts. would have to look at the various War Machine figs to work out the lower arms. Agree on the first Cap Movie Crossbones fig as a base but that didn't have upper arm armour so that's come from another figure (looks good though).

Scarlet lower torso looks like a MU fig (Black Widow maybe) - certainly doesn't appear to have a thigh swivel.

And on a third viewing of the Team pic, I'm intrigued by the 'recipe' for the Winter Soldier as well. Doesn't look like a Vortious head cast.

Generally not into movie figures, but I really like this Crossbones. Great work!

Thanks! After looking at the finished work I am going to redo Darkstar. Like my Black Cat custom the body is just too damn tiny - she's even smaller than x-23! She looks like a child in costume next to the other figures. That's at least two more Valkyrie figures I need.

You would think so, but I still can't find that figure for a decent price. Hoping the classic outfit will be easier to find but I'm not holding my breath.

Mordiganne 03-15-2016 04:02 PM

Anyone have an extra Cable figure by chance?

UrsaMagnus 03-15-2016 06:56 PM

Could someone who saved the link direct me to those cheap flight stands that were shared here awhile back?

Most appreciated.

Jay West 03-15-2016 07:28 PM

The Civil War 2 packs have to be coming soon, right?

Those look great hegarty! I wish I would have stocked up on that Hercules buck.

Also stopped by GameStop today and they had all the new legends, onslaught baf, yondu wave, and the cap cycle. I went just as they were setting up this little case and the clerk was like "you gotta wait for me to set it up first". I think they bought a lot of the stuff before they put it out as there wasn't all the figures in the waves.
