No it's not.... our weather hits the 100's as well, and today we had on and off rain ALL DAY. by the way, our winters don't even exist :eek:

Except in February when it hits below freezing and everyone loses their minds. Last summer my AC unit died and for three days it was at least 90 degrees throughout the house, my summary of the experience: HELL.

Where in Florida are you because when I lived in Miami it never hit 100, hell not even close to upper 90's. Here it's always 100 so like Sabah said, when it gets below 80 degrees Fahrenheit you see people wearing jackets in South Texas...lol.

the girls wear jackets, short, short blue jean shorts and either uggs or cowboy boots up here in east tx haha

Lol...they care less about the cold as long as they look good.

I didn't like them at the beginning either. I started liking them when the DCUC one came out. I like the fact that the DC Direct ones are taller so combining both for an army is pretty cool because they all look different and you can lift the face of the Direct ones to make them look even more different.

Have u seen the corps mechs for the 3 3/4 line. Their pretty kool looking.

it costs more to run the heat than it does the AC, so feel lucky.

i like my house a little more chilly, so, i have it set for 69 during the day and 68 at night. and even then, it's still more costly in the winter to run the heat.
