The head on the New-52 one is smaller because the figure appropriately uses the ridiculously lanky design that he so often has in the comics whereas the Origins figure being based on the game is shaped more like a real tall-n'-thin person. The New-52 head is just a bit too thin and would probably look odd on the Origins body. They are the same height from the widow's peak to the bottom of the chin but the New-52 figure has a full smile baring all teeth while the Origins one is just showing a small amount, so if they were both doing the same smile the New-52 one would have a shorter face. I almost feel like the New-52 figure was made to be kinda compatible with both DCC's regular 7" scale and then with 6" scale too as a tall Joker, almost like he's in a 6.75" scale even though it really still is in 7" scale.

d'oh, sorry! I obviously couldn't read. I've seen them on the GI Joe forums, but not in any stores.
