you know, I'm getting angry at Hasbro. Its nearly half a year down with no new wave. the boxed sets are nice and all, but where the heck is it!? And now they are pimping out wave 3 ML when its pegwarming like mad where I am, but still no MU!? never been this bad. We need to spam hasbro with requests on some kind of release date at the very least! seriously. I as a collector and a customer of hasbro am getting annoyed as hell.

MGTAJ 05-18-2012 01:20 PM

That A-Bomb seems to be quite big, is he as proportionately bigger than Hulk as he should be?

Boba Fettuccini 05-18-2012 01:23 PM

Wait, $14 shipped?

Damn, I KNEW I shoulda sprung... I found one at a Value Village for $2. Having an Abomination didn't seem to important at the time.

This has been covered before- the new wave will coming in late July so as not to compete with Spider-Man and Avengers.

but still not officially announced by Hasbro or Marvel. This is just speculation because of the preorders over at Past generation.

Good! You've cost me enough money with your damn creative displays. :D

Take it for what you will, but the guy I usually go to for toy info (my local TRU Manager) says he's expecting new MU in late June. According to him, that's what his rep is telling him. They put all of their resources into their movie lines, so once they hit (Avengers is out, now GI Joe and Spidy), then they get back to collector lines.

He's bigger than the Hulks in that same line. I think his scale is solid for MU.

Man, that's a steal. I thought what I paid was good.

Optimus Vader, You have never strayed me wrong before. And you never will. That is all the information I needed.

I'm not going to blame Avengers, or Amazing Spiderman, or GIJoe. I'm going to blame Battleship.

Just save your money to pick up everything you want when they do drop, personally my wallet is enjoying this lull mainly because i was able to pick up some figures I missed back in 2009! Its better than everyone b**ching about not having any money because they brought out wave 3 and 4 of MU, Spider-Man, Avengers and Marvel Legends.

Some appreciation for Mr. Fantastic. I like to see the stretched out look. You never see him depicted in figure form showing off his abilities.

Symbiote 05-18-2012 01:56 PM

I've seen the movie hulk work well in scale with mu from other arkers as well.

As long as they put out 5 boxes of the new waves I'll be happy, that way they don't get scalped like crazy...

or get a large flat square of rubber, paint it his colors, and then hotglue his hands and feet to the corners and his head in the middle top. then bend the square into the shape of a parachute like he does somtimes.

holy crap that's even better. I'd love a thing/reed parachute combo

snake5289 05-18-2012 03:07 PM

Really don't know what brought this about (might have been in a dream or something) but here's Hulk vs Vegeta.

His word isn't gospel, but he's given me good info in the past.

I use Photobucket. Looks like it's up there properly.

Here's a scale shot..

Edit- just looking at that pic now and that's the worst scale shot ever taken. A-bomb is bigger, but you can't tell since I staggered them. I'll take a better one later.
