That's Walmart... they post things online by mistake all of the time and then cancel your order. I found a DVD last year for $9.96 and ordered it. I got a confirmation email and then two days later they cancelled it. it was still available online so when I asked about it they put it back up for regular price. a few weeks later it was on sale for the lower price and they offered to ship it to me but after several emails and nobody wanting to help they lost my business. Walmart is the devil.

For any of you American Arkers down there that have AIM and HYDRA goons that you don't want or need, I'll gladly buy them from you. I don't need the BAF pieces either or let me know if there are any Toybiz MOC's that you may be looking for and maybe we can swing a trade.

I think it's highly unlikely that we Canadians will see the Cap wave at all, except in TRU's and they charge way too much. The Spidey wave has just hit Ontario, WM's and probably Target's soon (thanks Iceman), but I don't need any of those figures now, I actually have two extra Black Cats for some reason.

I have 3 of each of the second Cap wave on order from my LCS, which will give me 3 Mandroids, then the hunt for MU Wasp is on lol. Oh ya, and lots of stammering over the X-Men boxed set....ugh!

scalpers are killing both the captain America and Spiderman line, where I doubt the store will even order more since they are literally 10 spiderman and superior spiderman on the pegs. and of course plenty of WW2 cap...

I'm in east county La Mesa. I have 1 Toys R us, 4 targets & 3 Walmarts within a few minutes from me. I'll let you know if I find anything. I'm looking for B.Widow & W.Soldier myself. No one seems to be restocking in town.

Local Walmart right up the street from me didn't get the first wave at all. I just got home from talking to a manager and he pulled out a sale plan for me and saw none for his store, No Marvel Legends at all. So I'm forced to drive 13 minutes every day to see what the next closest store has.

Los Angeles has to be the worst place for marvel legends thanks to frank and sons! every damn dealer there seems to have goons that hit up stores and buy up the already scarse inventory! i have had zero luck and am still missing carnage, black cat, spider woman, and the cap movie black widow!!. Does anyone have any extras of these? it would be a huge help!

Yeah, they mentioned having a paper ad but I didn't have one so they called the closest store to verify and they did it.

Yup I feel you, whenever I'm there, I don't even bother trying hard to hunt for things there, cause if you don't get there early when the store opens forget it. I've always wondered the folks at FNS if doing that is a FT job for them to pay the bills? Obviously they must have online stores as well...but yeah, I'm sure there prices are marked way the heck up too. I always laugh when I see the prices.

Im wondering if anyone here who is complaining about the F&S scalpers try going to F&S to look for toys. Trust me I know scalpers suck sack but I am just curios as I have gotten ever figure from F&S from the Cap and Spidey waves for 25$ each minus 2(boomerang set me back 20$ and Widow cost me 35$) I mean after all the wasted gas of searching TRU/Target/Kmart/Wal-Mart I cant imagine those kind of mark ups are that bad especially when you consider the disappointment of finding jack squat

@fortune nah i used to be good friends with alot of the vendors but i know alot of the shitty ways they get stuff honestly from toyarenas second booth that they have that people dont often know is them! trust me he sends 8 people out to hunt everyday and theres another guy that pays store employees to hold cases when they come in! so most of the time cases dont even make it to the floor! yeah i get the whole not wasting gas thing but not if im feeding into that nonsense id reather pick stuff up for people that need it and sell it at cost! if i can i will simple! and not raping peoples wallet!

Yeah Im good friends with a couple of the vendors and I never took it as a big secret that toy arena had two booths. Especially when they were having people go to there other booth all day when I was there Saturday to get stuff for costumers. Like I said I think scalpers suck sack just as much as he next guy but when F&S is charging WAY under ebay then I dont really know what I have to complain about.

Even if not for franks people would still pay employees to hold stuff and just put it on ebay. Heck I aint never scalped nobody but my moms good friend is a manager at the local disney store and she held three MS Venoms for me my bro and my wife as soon as they came in. So no matter whos business you support there will always be someone getting a leg up. Thats why people who don't live anywhere close to F&S still cant find squat. I just try to make the whole collecting game as painless on myself as possible I suppose.

That was kind of my point man -_-; what I am trying to get at is if I can buy my figures from franks for 25-35 each and not have to drive around and search especially while Im very busy with my kids activities, I can just have the vendors I know hold the new wave and pick them up. How am I in the wrong for doing that when rather I do it or not they will still scalp.

Trust me I know MOST of the F&S vendors have ebay stores. I know EXACTLY who it who pays employees to hold stuff for him, heck I was behind him at toys r us when he had them hold a series of toys that were hitting soon and trust me you don't shop in LA without know when one of Toy arenas folks are in the store with you. I am not saying they are right what I am saying is I don't feel I am in the wrong.
