Well fuck. My General Hawk was DOA. I opened him up, pulled him out of his tray, twisted his body to pose him with this shotgun and he snapped in half. -_-

The best thing anyone can do for a Classified figure is drop them in boiled water upon removing them from the box. Even if they move freely it still expands the total articulation range. As the figure begins to cool flex them out. I guarantee if you do it with one figure you'll want to do it with them all. The difference it makes is amazing. Especially if a figure arrives like Kain's Hawk.

I got Hawk the other day and I am afraid to move his upper elbow joints for fear of them breaking. I am going to have to boil him. I also got Buzzer but haven't opened him yet, hoping he is problem free.

Don't boil him. Boil water, fill a bowl and drop him in for 1 minute. Slowly flex everything out. He'll be fine. A boiled bath sorts everything.

Drop in a scarlett and its double sorted. ;)

Got Shockwave today and opened him. No stuck joints on mine. My only real complains about the figure is that I wish they had added a loop on the vest or belt for his club to slide in, and that they used a c-clip for the shield and not a loop for the wrist like they did on the Alley Viper shield. I just think that eventually the shield's grip will loosen.

So my replacement Hawk has a stiff torso as well. Is this a widespread issue or am I just getting like a defective batch? I tried heating him up, but it didn't fix the issue at all. I still couldn't move it even when he was soft. Beyond this annoyance, he is a pretty cool figure despite not being blonde. The least they could have done was include swappable hair pieces or something.

For some reason, Buzzer looks like Trent Reznor from the Closer video to me. Not sure why. Maybe it's the way his goggles are done. The chainsaw is pretty cool. I'm trying to figure out what the point of the other weapons are, as I don't recall him ever using anything beyond his chainsaw.

The blade on a chain thing is a reproduction of one of the original figures weapons. I guess the axe with saw blades is a new and a neat idea but I would of rather had the gas can backpack. I am surprised that he got a knife and pistol since the original didn't have them and they seem to be locked in to the RAH designs now.

Opened Buzzer, and his glasses are crap. I can barely get them to stay on and when I do they slightest movement causes them to fall off. I think I cam going to just glue them on. They need to use more rigid plastic for the accessories. The axe that came with mine curved as much as the chain on the other weapon. Kind of disappointing.

They are terrible. I don't understand why they didn't cast them in the same material as Sarge's and Ripper's.

My general Hawk come out fine. Needed a little heating up. Though the bicep swivel system needs to change as the application of force also wants to pull the bicep out of the socket before it rotates the shoulder hinge. Or the hinge needs to be less tight.

As it gets colder, folks time to bring out the heat for a new purchase.
